Nice location, further away from the main street, but there are shops and restaurants nearby. Also very nice breakfast.
Top floor room is not very comfortable for tall people

Lovely quirky attic bedroom with a jacuzzi bath!! Easy access to the centre of town.
Very friendly owner who greeted us on arrival and made us feel very welcome. Lovely breakfast with perfectly cooked scrambled eggs!

The rooms were clean and tidy. The lady managing the place was quite nice and helpful.
We had a terrible experience at this place regarding the people staying the neighboring rooms. They were really loud, noisy and ignorant. It was impossible to rest at nights even though we tried to ask them to be more polite and considerate towards the rest of the people staying at the same apartment house. We even mentioned this to the lady managing the place. They didnt care about anything. They even started to act more ignorant after asking them to be a little more quiet. They were using the sauna completely drunk from midnight until 2 o'clock in the morning. In the meantime they started chop up wood for the sauna, running around the entire apartment screaming, yelling and acting crazy and it went on and on during 2 nights. We tried to work this out with the owner of the apartment and she offered to cancel our 5 nights stay and return the total amount of the remaining nights. First she offered to give us a further 20% discount on the nights we spent there due to the inconvenience we had to deal with but then suddenly she changed her mind. We left the place and we had to book another apartment in Zakopane and prefinancing it. It was pretty difficult to do it during the holiday season. And this place is quite far from the city center by foot,

Very good breakfast, cofee and tea available during whole day. Also fridge available. Nice possibility to sit on terasse. Groceries shop very close, also bus station to the center. Next to the nice churche. Very clean and bed was very comfortable. I do recomend to everyone.

Great breakfast and free coffee anytime during day. Room was very clean. Location very close to everything.
No toiletries at room. I don't know why. Hot tube during our stay was not functional.

Our room was quite big with 2 beds (as there was only two of us, we used one bed), sofa and bathroom with hydromassage tub and shower. Nice view out of the window and overall very cozy and comfortable room. Breakfast was alright although less options for vegetarians (not to mention vegans). We parked our car at hotel's parking lot and walked around the city, it is easy to reach some of the Tatry National park trails on foot (one of them is only 2 km away). Location is good for getting around on foot and by car.
Our TV didn't work and there was no Wi-fi signal in our room (it was available downstairs and probably in other rooms too, but no signal in this particular room). We weren't concerned about that though because we had mobile data, but I recommend to take this under consideration when booking this room.

Breakfast was amazing. Attabdance very nice we even got a sandwich for the way becouse we where leaving very early
The rooms are good size but for 2 people and kids but not confortable for 3 adults and the bathroom is very small. But all good

The location, the parking, the supermarket really next to the Willa!
The construction is beautiful and cozy and all made in wood which gives a magic feeling!
The sauna

I really loved that is all made with wood and so warm!
Our room ( Lilia ) , even if it was super cozy and warm with a nice big window on a beautiful tree, with the sunrise in front of us, it was a bit small and equipped mostly just for one person: just one bedside table, just one hook in the toilet for the bathrobe and no trash bin in the room ( just a mini one in the toilet ) the toilet was also small, and after taking showers it was difficult to make the steam go away!
The wardrobe for 2 people with the hiking equipment it’s also a bit tiny but maybe 2 hooks for the jacket would help!
Anyway maybe with some little retouch it could be perfect!
We really enjoyed our time there anyway cause the wood is magic!
Some more typical sweets in the breakfast would have also been nice!

Location is perfect, it is close to the city center and at the same time is just besides the mountains and main attractions. Paulina is an excellent host, who speaks perfect English and made our stay super comfortable. Breakfast is great and every day you will have some new item. The design is very authentic and cozy. We will be back!
The only thing is that we were living on the first floor and when neighbors from above arrived the ceiling got squeaky and we could hear their steps. It didn’t last long and didn’t bother us that much.
