Very cozy and private place. The apartment is quite big and has everything you need. The pool area is very beautiful and has a fantastic view. Everyone is very nice and Cristina can cook a fantastic menu for you.

Valerio and Emma are super hosts and Cristina a wonderful chef. We just want to say THANK YOU for the 2 wonderful weeks in your lovely villa. I would like to state some things: - It is absolutely amazing how fast you react and answer when we have had a question. This is not normal and a really really great service - Everyone here in the house from your side was really nice, welcoming and helpful. One feels like at home!! - We were there for Remote Working and the Internet was also outside very good. - Cristina is a great chef, you should book her for private dinners

Villa Bonsi provides the charm and grandeur of a remote, authentic Tuscan Villa but with the convenience of local amenities like supermarkets, post office, restaurants and coffee shops at a walkable distance. The decor is beautiful and traditional but with all modern updates. We loved feeling like we were staying in a true Italian villa. Cristina’s cooking also blew our minds… amazing value and delicious dishes, better than any restaurant nearby! Meals with her are a must! The pool was also far more beautiful in person than the photos did it justice. Valerio (the owner) often checked in to confirm we had what we needed and even went to the special trouble of arranging a baby bath for our toddler (as the property otherwise had only baths). The welcome pie on arrival set the tone for what was a spectacular and unforgettable stay. My partner loved it so much, he actually proposed on our final night there during one of Christina’s dinners by the pool. If this doesn’t help articulate how truly special the property is, I don’t know what would. Thank you for being part of our very special moment!

It’s honestly hard to fault. All I can think of is that perhaps some extra items in the kitchen would have been useful (as being there as a family, we self catered a lot). Tongs, kitchen scissors, tea towels and a pasta strainer would have made life a little easier perhaps. We also needed to ask for additional toilet paper and garbage bags at some stage during our stay as there wasn’t sufficient (but they were promptly replenished so it wasn’t a problem… another example of Valerie’s amazing service). I would also just suggest for guests to take some bug spray for dusk around the pool and terrace area. I get bitten easily and was glad I had it handy as the space was well worth enjoying as the sun set, something that would have been more tricky if I wasn’t prepared.

Beautiful villa in a lovely garden with a fantastic pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & Valerio was very easy to communicate with and gave great tips for restaurants & day trips. The wine & delicious tart on arrival went the extra step. Had an evening meal by Cristina for my dads 70th birthday which was lovely and they even got candles for his cake! Would definitely recommend having a car. We would love to come back, feel like we only scratched the surface of this amazing area. Highly recommend.

Villa Bonsi is a nice property with a huge garden and swimming pool. The apartment itself is spacious and equipped with everything you need. The hosts a super friendly and always responsive to requests.

We had a great stay at the Villa. Montaione itself is a beautiful little authentic town and the house is close to everything you might need. Our highlight was the pool with its beautiful view. The appartment is very cozy. We liked the bathroom a lot with its beautiful colors. The owerns are very welcoming and willing to do all they can to make sure you have a wonderful time. Thanks a lot.

The property was lovely and clean. The rooms were very spacious. The bathroom was great too.

The sofa was a little uncomfortable and maybe there could have been a few more pillows but otherwise it was really amazing!

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Bonsi, will keep it in our memory as a hidden gem of Tuscany. Perfectly located, hosted by a family who cares about every detail and are very welcoming. We travelled with our puppy who was very happy to run around the property and discover the world in one of the most beautiful locations ever. Highly recommended, if you are lucky to see this place available for booking - don’t think twice!

Everything about our stay was amazing! The room, the cleanliness, the backyard with the spectacular view, great hosts, food and wine... We couldn't have hoped for a better place!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Bonsi. The house, the garden, the pool and the view is truely amazing. But the thing we were most impressed about was the hospitality. This was really remarkable! Valerio, his wife Emma and his cousin Anthony did everything in their power to make us feel at home and made us feel like we were a member of the family. Not even to mention the insane cooking skills of the cook Christina. There are not many restaurants in Montaione but thankfully Villa Bonsi has Christina! Thank you again for an amazing time and we will certainly come back to Villa Bonsi!

We had an amazing stay at Villa Bonsi. We did not hire a car and Valerio collected and returned us to the station. The owners and family were all so lovely and welcoming. There was a lovely pie waiting for us on arrival as well as vegetables from the garden. The villa is beautiful, spacious and decorated well. The views from the pool are amazing. It is a short walk into the village with shops, restaurants and bars. Montaione is perfectly positioned to see all of Tuscany. We came to relax and getaway from it all for a week and it was the ideal place to do this. We stayed as a couple but it is perfect for a family. We had dinner twice at the villa cooked by chef Christina and the food was beautiful and excellent value. The table is set up overlooking the pool and views. Although the owners were staying at the villa due to the current Covid crisis it still felt very private and special. We will definitely be back.
