Location is very good, tram stop is a few metres away from the front door and a few stops to the city centre. I would really recommend the property to those with families, 5 star!!!

The door was abit difficult to open and took awhile for us to open the first time.

It's a beautifully furnished, big, tidy and clean apartment. We appreciated the fresh flowers on the table. The tram leaves pretty much in front of the house to go into the centre of town. There are plenty of good, low key eateries on Könneritzstraße too. The apartment is in perfect location for the parkrun on Saturday mornings. It was also great to have a washing machine.

2 Minor things: Picking up the key from 10 mins down the road. Would have been worth taking car or tram. Having no drying rack for the washing.

Nearby is good superstore and appartment was very clean.
