The location is great, right in the old town. We had a hire car and it was quite tricky to get to the hotel, but the instructions they sent made it much easier. The staff were very helpful and we had a great 2 might stay.

A great welcome by reception staff. A welcome drink why they explained things with an overview of the city. A nice touch. We were upgraded to an apartment so we had a full kitchen and clothes washer. A welcome addition after being on the travels for 4 weeks. The room was a loft room. Didn’t effect anything except the person who gets the side of the room at the lower sloped side of ceiling. The location hard to beat. In the old centre. Short walk up through headland park. Short walk to La Concha. A short walk to commercial centre. A short walk to Gros.

The sloping ceiling on loft apartment but appreciated the upgrade. There was an electric juicer that was useless. The kitchen knives all blunt. Minor issues. Just feedback. Seemed a little pricey as it was early May so not high season. But considering the location I guess worth it.

What an amazing little boutique hotel. It's punching well above its 2 star rating. The guys at reception were super friendly and helpful, from the welcome drink on. The rooms are clean and chic, the bed is very comfy, the Smart TV is a great touch, shower excellent. The best thing though, is the location. Walk directly into the best pinxto bars in town, to the beach, or jump on a rental bicycle and explore the entire San Sebastian. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend the hotel.

Honestly, there isn't even a small nit pick for this hotel. It was a perfect experience.

-la salle de restaurant est commune avec le hall de réception , et sa décoration est trop impersonnelle et banale , en total déphasage avec le reste de l'hotel , dont les éléments décoratifs sont extraordinaire ( chambre , escalier etc ) - Sans doute à cause de la période , le petit déjeuner n'était pas en buffet et trop succinct .

Good location in the Old Town next to the sea and the mountain. Delicious restaurants, pintxos places and bars around the corner. Welcome drinks and guidance upon check-in, water waiting in the room, good toilet products. Friendly staff.
