Great location, 5 mins from Marina Rubicon in a lovely residential area.
Two supermarkets mins away.
Spacious accommodation.
Good facilities.
Little tired, needs an update.
Main issue was the work next door which, even though it wasn’t every day, all day it was still noisy and dusty and inconvenient and the dust left a film on the swimming pool.
We only found this out when we arrived, had we known we’d have probably cancelled and booked elsewhere.
Villa holidays are about enjoying the villa and everything it has to offer, this impacted that.

Great location.
No covers for sun loungers, no hair dryer (looked everywhere for it). The pool was not very clean on arrival - but understand this might of been the wind the night before. the bedroom downstairs on the small side - we did not use this as only two of us. No extra toilet roll provided and hand soap was empty in two out of three bathrooms.

The location is perfect, you're close to the beach and walking distance from the promenade and amenities but you're not in the chaos of the tourism. There are a couple of supermarkets nearby. The house was clean, quiet, rooms were spacious and cool at night, and good sun in the swimming pool. Definitely recommended
Overall was very good. No tablets for dishwasher and it was not convenient for us to buy a full packet. And the bbq could have used some extra tools and cleaning, the ash tray in the bbq was broken, but we still managed to use it with some creativity

Nicely located in a quiet neighbourhood outside Playa Blanca. Basic but comfortable. Swimming pool too cold to swim in in January.
Two bathrooms, but only enough hot water for 1 shower at a time. Which is as it should be, I suppose, on an island that has to desalinate all of its drinking water.

Very clean and modern Vila, we really enjoyed our stay there.
Location is good if you are with car, big supermarket is just around the corner. Walk to marina about 20 min. We had amazing sunrises in the balcony having morning coffee.

Could have been some small things provided like soap in bathrooms or sponge for dishes

The house has a lot of space for a family, the 3 bedrooms give enough place for each family member, the space, the barbecue was a must for Christmas eve :)
Swimming pool has no heater.
The window lock was broken so the house could not be properly secured.

Great Villa and quiet location. Very clean and spacious, outdoor space great, and lovely plunge pool albeit a bit cold for me, well catered for everything you need, lovely comfortable loungers and barbecue, Location fabulous with a walk way straight to marina, 10-15 mins walk to marina Rubicon with it lovely restaurants and bars, supermarkets 2 mins walk from Villa. Would definitely recommend the Villa I will be back again.

The villa was well equipped and very clean. From the excellent kitchen, handy utility room, large bathrooms and comfortable beds, everything was perfect. There was even an iron and ironing board should you get an uncontrollable urge to do a bit of holiday ironing. There are two supermarkets round the corner and you are a pleasant twenty minute or so walk along the coastal path to the Rubicon Marina.
