The people who work there. The environment/location. Fantastic food. The elevator. Generous flexibility and graciousness of owners/managers. (We had to extend our stay twice, and they had to juggle things to accommodate that -- which wasn't easy for them, but which they happily did.)

1. Great view from the biergarten and very tasty local beer 2. Availability of modern cable TV with HDMI in the room 3. Good signal strength and wifi connection speed

1. In the courtyard, where the windows overlooked, the compressor/engine of the neighbor was very loud, the noise of which interfered with sleep 2. At the peak of the heat in the room was hot, and the presence of air conditioning could solve this deficiency

The quiet and fresh air. Nice biergarten.

The restaurant is nothing special. The food isn't worth the money. There was one long, blonde hair mixed in the Gyros and the ratatouille tasted like nothing but sweet tomatoes and salt. The portions are huge though.

Clean room.

Staff does not speak english. I asked for a quiet room, I got a room on the ground floor on the street side.
