Stylish, modern duplex apartment. Immaculately clean. Well equipped. The beds and pillows super comfy. The centre of Haro was a short walk away. Pedro was very helpful recommending places to eat and visit. Undercover private parking available around the corner by arrangement. We were very happy there.

More of a tip than a dislike: The loft bedroom had low ceilings which were a challenge for one of our tall friends. Better to give this room to children or your shorter guests.

Location was excellent. Easy to walk to the main shops in Haro and restaurants. We were given recommendations for the best places to try. Check in was very flexible as Pedro met us when we arrived in Haro and check out was supper easy. The apartment had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable.

Secure parking, very difficult to park in. Requiring 20 point turn! Even challenged my husbands driving skills. We are use to much bigger parking. Would have liked a more comfortable pillow.

Parking. Master bed/ bath room wonderful if second story is ok with you. Kitchen adequate.

We wished that we had realized that there wasn't a double bed down stairs next to the second bathroom for the second couple staying in the apartment.

Location was great. Close enough to bustling town but far enough away to be quiet. Pedro recommended a couple of places to visit and they were fabulous.

Pedro was an exceptional host who was in regular contact before our arrival and communicated clearly. The apartments are brilliantly located and perfect for a family travelling with pets!

parking into same building is a great solution. everything was very clean. nice location, close to main square but very peaceful. the owner left in house a bottle of red wine for us, Lecea-excelent one!

We were met with the keys and shown the apartment. The apartment was very central to the town, everything was in walking distance.

Pedro communicates with us ahead of the time to provide the detailed driving instruction, and meet us at the door to help moving our luggage, showed us how to use all appliances. Since our car is too big to fit the garage on promise, he offers us another secured parking lot 5 minutes from the house. There are snacks and a bottle of Rioja wine to welcome us into the apartment. The apartment is 2 minutes walk from town center, where there're plenty of nightlife and bars. Yet the apartment is at a side street and is very quiet at night. It's 15 min walk to all major winery at the edge of the town. Inside the apartment is well remodeled, with washer, dishwasher, well-stocked kitchen and bathroom. The bed is very comfy. The apartment is lighted very well at night. The Wi-Fi is superfast and consistent.

The location was very good, 3 min from the main square full of bars and restaurants. The contact with the host before arrival was good and professional. One room, the one with bathroom, was nice and spacious, the kitchen was well equipped and the welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch. Pedro, the host explained well what we can do in the area pretty well as well.

I think there are various similar apartments by the same owners and the pictures on booking and airbnb do not show the exact apartment you are booking. We were travelling two couples and we wanted two bathrooms. There were two bathrooms, yes, but one of them downstairs, with both bedrooms upstairs, and the door of the bathroom would not close. It made it veeery uncomfortable and even dangerous to walk down steep stairs at night or try to pee or shower with the door open... Also, Pedro told us off in a pretty rude way at the very beginning that we cancelled the parking place at the very last minute. That is true, but we also waited over one week to get the parking spot comfirmed, so we arranged something else. And I really think it was not necessary to welcome us in such an upleasant way saying they should be charging us for the parking place anyway. The apartment is not very well decorated, a bit old and lacking modern facilities. I would definitely choose a different place to stay next time in Haro, especially that it was a bit pricey.

We had a negative experience with the property person over the AC. We upgraded the room to include it because we can not sleep without it. My husband was jet lagged and complained of noise coming from below the street as he had to open a window to get ventilation. We had a working AC for only one night of the 3, complained to the manager with no success. Instead of fixing the problem, they complained we had not turned off the lights and they had to pay 100 euros to reconfigure the AC remote. We were not instructed on how to work the AC at the beginning. Our instructions were only to take out the garbage and leave the keys on the table with no other written instructions. We received quite a negative response from Sandy when we asked for a partial refund due to the problem which may have been due to language issues. Suggestion to the property is to make your requirements clearer and properly instruct your clients.
