Very friendly and helpful host. Apartment is a bit far from the centre but can be reached by public transport. To get to the apartment we took bus No.8 from the main bus station (Kolodvor Zadar) and it took us approx. 20 min. to get to the bus stop Borik. The apartment is 10 min. walk away. Beach is approx.15 min walk away from the apartment. Shops and restaurants also not far. The apartment itself was clean and nice.

No air conditioning.

It was clean and the owner was helpful and friendly. The kitchen is well equipped.

We were there late August and the weather was very hot. We had the second floor floor apartment, no air conditioning and the heat was unbearable. We could barely sleep because of the heat. Also there were some mosquitoes because there were no nets and we had to keep the windows open.

The apartament is very spacious. It has two separate bedrooms, and a kitchen. There are plenty closets. Kitchen is well equipped: big fridge, oven. There are two portable fans so it is bearable without air conditioning. There is close proximity to beach (15 min walk). There are 2 small terraces with place to dine. Nearest grocery is 5 min walk away, and big supermarket is 15 min walk. It takes 6€ to drive by taxi to old town. The owner is super friendly and helpful.

There are two single beds and two sofas. Sofas are quite old - they are good for kids but a bit loud for adults. At the time we were there, there were plenty of small mosquitos that were biting as hell. The owner provides some electronic devices against them, but they are not working well.

The apartment was big, with bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, nice terrace and view. The neighborhood is quiet. The owner was friendly and helpful. There was a bottle with water in the fridge for free. The towels were clean and there was also anti-mosquitos tablets with evaporator, which was very useful.

It's a bit far away from the city center. Public transport (busses 5 and 8) is on big intervals and the last one from the center to Diklo is too early, at 22:25h. There's no shelf for the cosmetics in the shower cabin and it was not possible to mount the shower set on the wall. No air conditioning - i didn't needed it, but if the weather is more hot, could be a problem.

Looked better than the photos, great location near some good beaches (borik beach was great) and only a 30-60 kuna uber away from the old town.

Lack of aircon meant it got hot in the rooms, but they do provide a fan which helped.

Balcony was nice with a good view and cooking facilities were adequate. Nice host and very quite area with a few surrounding restaurants. Closest beach and accompanying bar are nice too.

A little out the way from Zadar centre and ~15 minute walk to beach. Sofa or chairs not very comfortable and tv signal was temperamental.

The host was lovely, went out of her way when we checked in to make sure we had all that we needed. The apartment is in a great location, a little ways away from the centre and old town but if you rent bikes you'll be there in no time! The apartment was so clean, everything was in working order, I could live there!

There was nothing I didn't like about the apartment. I do wish that Google maps was a bit more updated as there are actually so many shops, bus stops and things to do in the area.
