Everything was great and the hotel staff was very nice and helpful to promptly ship us an item we forgot in the room

Smell of the bathroom

It is a very pleasant small hotel, just some meters from Lungomare di Napoli and Chiaia with all the restaurants and bars is just 5 minutes walk. We enjoyed the breakfast with a nice choice and very pleasant service which saves from the hassle of typical buffet style breakfast.

It is not straightforward negative but as the reception is open until 19:00 there are some extra issues when you have later arrival. The staff is very helpful and you can do the self check-in but you need to prepare and make yourself aware about finding keys, presenting documents in advance etc.

Good location, clean room, friendly staff.

Nicely decorated (but not the most solid of constructions). Spacious room with lovely air conditioning. We arrived late and they had provided us with an escaperoom like description on how to get in. Very well received by my 13 year old son that handled it like a challange. We were a bit nervous about this, (as it would have been a nightmare being stuck outside late at night) but it was all very well described, until we were inside the establishment. It was several other B&Bs there and the link to the video explaining where to find our room didn't work, so we had to look for quite some time before we figured it out. The area is great, close to the sea and very close (just up the hill) you'll find an abundance of shops and restaurants and you can even see the great castle of you take the tram (or walk obviously). We loved staying here and after getting over the shock of the chaos of the city we really enjoyed ourself and felt safe and absorbed by this lovely city!

We felt that the orginising of the breakfast was a bit confusing... The breakfast staff was ever so nice, spoke German but very little English, but was ever so sweet and helpful. This is one of several B&Bs on this floor of the building and the breakfast room designated for the Bourbon House, is very small and you have to order your items in advance and they plate them for you or put it on a tray by your door. And then we got what we ordered before we got there, every day. We were unable to choose differently unless we happened to be there at the same time as the staff and we rarely were. It was hard to know when the staff was there and the desk for Bourbon House was never staffed. We had to look for staff at the other establishments and didn't know we could do that, before the breakfast guy told us. So thank you for helping us, I'm sorry we never got your name, but you made our stay even better! The staff, when we found them, was ever so helpful! It was just all a bit confusing.

It was a great journey. Good value of money

The staff was amazing and helped me through my journey in Naples! The room was big and clean. I definitely recommend this place also because of the location! Big thank you to all the staff!!

basic breakfast. Self reception was difficult from instructions given … not clear what room we had. needs more signage of where to go downstairs .
