La ubicación cerca de los lagos ,el gusto en la decoración de la casa .y el fácil aparcamiento
La calefacción de la casa solo funcionaba en unos de los cuartos ,no funcionaba en la segunda habitación ni en el baño en invierno ,es NECESARIO. Que funcione en toda la casa
El menaje de la cocina podría mejorar.

The beautiful owner and staff welcomed us, even though we made a very last minute booking. Apartment was very very clean, well maintained, very comfortable. Breakfast was very good(especially the omelette) Location is also good, just a few minutes drive from Plitvice national park, Restaurants, bakery, supermarket nearby. And there is even a playground which our kids enjoyed a lot.

Very nice, clean apartment lacated in Rakovica, near to Plitvicka jezera. I recommend the breakfast, which is really great. All the staff very hodpitable and kind. Very close to the apartment is also something like food truck with absolute amazing burgers, or fish and chips.
Our apartment was in the ground floor and that´s why the second bedroom has not a window.

No water/tea/coffee in apartments. Broken sockets that can hurt someone. To many noise from window due to road near house.

Nice environment, ideal for morning walks, great restaurant in a nearby town, close to the beatiful Plitvice Laks.
There was a minor misunderstanding about breakfast for day 2 but was settled quickly by the hosts.

Ivana is the perfect hostess for her immaculate apartments. She works very hard to take good care of them. SHe is a warm and caring person. The king beds were extremely comfortable. I would definitely recommend. 15 minute drive to Plitvitce Nat'l Park.

Limited use of TV channels. only one channel worked. Provide written instructions on how to use the TV would be helpful.

Host is clear 10, location clear 10 , apartment is clear 10 + cherry on the top one of best breakfast we ever had on our trips. Thank you again and we will see you soon.

The apartman was fully equipped. We could really use the kitchen. There was a small balcony with Xmas lights.

The apartment is very lovely, and locate in the location that very close to Plitvicka national park. Also the apartment owner is super lovely, friendly, polite and helpful - proving good advise on restaurant, market and tourist attraction.
If you got the apartment in upper floor, please prepare that there are certain stairs that your need to climb up (10-12 steps to walk up to reach your apartment) but if you got the ground one this might not be any issue for you.

Very comfy bed, nicely decorated, kitchen is complete enough. Balcony is great with abundance of sunlight in the morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The Living room is super extra small. Weird configuration of apartment. In the photo it looks much bigger. We only had 1 night for 4 people + crawling baby it was fine. For longer stay it's a bit tight.

The staff is always present in the apartments and, with their help, it was easy for us to settle in and get organized. The apartment was more than spacious, we had everything, including a bedroom, kitchen, living room and a nicely decorated terrace.
The apartment is of really good quality, the staff is friendly and cordial, and it's hard to find fault with them.

the air conditioner is in the hall only(not in every room) , it is not too hot in this region as in other ones, but if you are very sensitive to heat, you might better sleep in the studio room, not in the bedrooms, the rest was very nice

Very nice apartment that feels quite luxurious. good base for the National park and excellent value for money. Comes with a playground and cafe next door. Flexible with check out.

Wonderful apartments in a very good location (for us - a good starting point for Plitvice Lakes' visit).
The owner was very friendly, communicative and ready to help / advise.
The accomodation is kids friendly that is most important for me! We loved the playground. Thank you :-)

Amazing property, very beautifully managed, the host was very nice. The property has a small playground for kids as well.
