Location and sea view. Clean and tidy. Secure, Silent nights. Local shops short walk. Near beach, ferries, bus stops and town center. Hot water and shower. Lots of light with large windows. Comfortable large bed.
Lots of stairs to apartment. (Keep bags light) No lighting in stairs. (Take torch). No extra sheets or towels. No idea what to do with rubbish.

Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen, der Blick aufs Meer ist sehr schön.
Zu Fuss ist man in ca. 5-10 Minuten im Stadtzentrum.
Auch ruhig und mit wenig Verkehr und keinen bellenden Hunden.
Ca. 3 Minuten vom nächsten Supermarkt entfernt.
Recht einfach eingerichtet, aber mit allen nötigen Utensilien (dicke Bettdecke, Sonnenschirm etc)
und einigermassen gut eingerichtete Küche.
Leider haben wir keine Terrasse vorgefunden - wie gebucht! Was uns bis heute unklar ist..
Leider fiel uns während des Toilettenganges Stücke der Deckenfarbe auf den Kopf! :o (es wäre wohl wieder einen Anstrich mit den korrekten Materialien nötig!)
Kleines Detail: keine frischen Tücher für Badboden & Küche (haben gemüffelt, auch allg. Frottiertücher/Textilien - einwenig gemüffelt, also ob diese 'feucht' in den Schrank gelegen wurden, angezogen wurden..)
Auch war alles bisschen 'rostig' und nicht 100% sauber - bisschen mehr Schein als Schein in Bezug 'Sauberkeit'

Location was great. The view of the ocean was lovely.
The owner is very responsive with WhatsApp using voice messages.
First of all, false advertisement - there is NO free public parking at all. All the parking spots are for residents only. When I asked the owner, he asked me to try and park in the little ally with a tow sign on it- meaning if I parked there and get caught, my car will get towed. The other option is to pay for parking.
Secondly, the owner contacted me one day prior to my arrival, in Italian, saying the air conditioner has stoped working and said there will be a portable ac for us instead. In the morning of the check in day, he messaged me again saying there will be no portable ac either. But offered me a £40 discount, which I took.
We had to open all the windows for some airflow due to the heat. People were partying till midnight on a Tuesday and Wednesday night. So we couldn’t even get a good night of sleep.
The toilet seat is broken - reading the reviews back in 2021, people were already mentioning it. So seems like the seat has been broken for 2 years, still hasn’t gotten fixed.
The bathroom shelf cannot handle any weights. I put my 30ml shampoo and 150ml shower gel on top of it, the whole shelf flipped and all the bottles just drop on your toes. If you want to bring home a bruise or two after your trip, this is the perfect place to stay.
The water tap of the bathroom sink keeps leaking. When we came back home from dinner, there’s water everywhere.
Attempted using the hairdryer to dry my hair - there was water dripping out of the hairdryer too. Not sure if it is from the leak of the tap, or it just has always had water inside.
Even the lights in the bedroom are not working.

The stairs to carry the luggage up. However we knew that would be the case.

Our flight was rerouted and it was easy to delay the collection of the keys.
It was a lovely clean apartment not far from the main town.
Whilst we didn't self-cater there seemed to be everything you would need.
As this was a residential apartment block there was the usual noise that comes with it e.g. barking dogs early in the morning. Not sure what the owners could do about it though.

we loved the location because of the area and sea view. the bed is super comfy and the apartment is so lovely. everything was there and we even cooked one night because the fish market is around the corner. if you are going then I would recommend the boat tour to the two islands

The property was right next to the sea, amazing views. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bedding was clean and fresh. Ideal location for seeing Trapani.

For those who wish total provacy in bathroom and toilet, this perhaps is not the best choise.

With 2 teenagers wasnt so easy..the flat is good actually for 2 person or plus 2 little kids.

Beautiful apartment in a good location. Fabrizio was very helpful and flexible.
Missing cutlery in the kitchen, although this wasn't a big deal.

Great location of the aparment, near the parking lot, appartment is spacious seems to be quite newly decorated, close to many restaurants. Owner replies quite fast on messages, was really helpful with providing telephone contacts, when our car was towed, borrowed us a screwdriver for our broken luggage.

Stunning location at the end of the town on peninsula with balcony and view of city, mountain and ocean. Close to restaurants, minimarket, and near harbors ferry.
Bathroom and shower stall in the kitchen. Although we had access to WiFi, there was never internet connection.

The location is by the clear, waving sea and the historical tower but a bit off the central part/ port of Trapani, although it made for a pleasant 15mins walk. The view is great from the kitchen and the mini-sitting room leading to a balcony with sea views too but the bedroom has no windows although this may be a benefit in the heat of the summer.
The shower and toilet are modern, surrounded by glass but strangely placed in a corner of the kitchen, which could also do with a few more full-size tea mugs, plates and bowls. We had to ask for an iron but to be fair, the owner was very responsive and brought it the following day. PS. Bring your own shampoo etc.

not very clean: dirty bed- and sofa cover sheets, dirty sofa pillows, hole in the cover bed sheet, cupboards weren't emptied. We had the "red room" towards the piazza.

A great location with views across to Erice. If you book here get the double aspect room with a separate bathroom. The room down the corridor is ghastly.
WC and shower in kitchen. The shower was plain glass! There was only 1 base sheet and horrid pillowcases until we asked for them next day, so we used towels for first night as it was chilly. Really horrible experience. 3rd floor up v long and narrow staircase. The location was the only good thing.

Apartments were styled nicely and comfortable. Up 3 flights of rather old stairs. One of the Apartments had the bathroom built into the kitchen area. Creative but could be a problem for some renters.
Shortage of kitchen supplies like dish towel. Coffee maker .Dogs barking constantly. Not the fault of host of course.

Fabulous view & location, the young man that took care of the property responded promptly & helped with information, laundry & keys when I lost them
Unfortunately i found the property too pricey for the standard it offered. I had to ask for a kettle, a coffee machine (as per description), dish drier, dish cloths, new sheets & cleaning (i was there for 2.5 weeks & had 1 clean at the end) , water pressure to be fixed (water out for almost 2 days) & toilet seat to be fixed as it moves under you. The shower is completely see-through which can be awkward if you're staying with another person as it is right in the middle of the flat. Finally, there is a door in the bedroom that connects to another flat & the noise level is high - I had to endure loud sex noises (seemed to be with a professional) & moved to the couch, and later noise from family with children. I was asked to pay 8.5 euros at the end of my stay for "tax" & i didn't have change & decided not to leave extra moneys due to above issues.

Probably the best location in Trapani - it was a very nice and spacious flat, with a direct view over the sea from every side, clean and comfortable. The host was very helpful and reactive. Highly recommended!
