Hotel refused to give us room saying that the rates are not workable. When we informed about our reservation and confirmation from Booking. com, they said go and talk to Booking .com. After paying extra amount they allowed us to stay. we are not able to reach Booking.com customer care...horrible Booking.com

Stay was good and uncle is very very nice and very helpful..

They are cheater. They took confirmed bookings through booking.com and denied us the checking stating they are oversold.

Fraud, cheaters. Recommend not to book this hotel ever. We were four adults with too kids and had booked well in advance as we got good deal at booking.com. But on the day of check in when I called up hotel they said they have no rooms for us. This was the case when I have already paid for the property in advance. So guys book this hotel only at your risk. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Location and proximity to all the tourist places in Nainital. The Host, Uppal Uncle. He is amazing with his hospitality.

Views from hotel was OK and pleasant

Although the property is situated within 3kms area from all the top spots like mall road, naini lake, naini devi mandir, ropeway. However, the way towards the hotel from mall road is Highly inclined & very steep, it's almost similar to a mountain hiking or else you have to shell out money in taxi to go back to your hotel
