looks as it does in pictures. perfect stay location for lovina, and staff made booking dolphin trips and transport to aling aling waterfalls super easy.

pool water was a little bit murky, but that’s getting picky.

- first of all, everything is SUPER clean!! - room was spacious - super friendly host (helps with everything!) - they offer a lot of services (dolphin tour, transportation, mororbikes,...) - location is great!

Kind staff and good facilities.

The location had beautiful views and was very close to the beach, restaurants and bars. The family who ran the guesthouse was so kind and welcoming and helped us in every way that they could, giving us ideas of day trips and booking them for us for very good prices. Every aspect of the guesthouse was very clean.

The owner seemed pushy about money things. I rented a scooter from their friend and damaged it, and the friend and husband tried to charge me 5 times what it cost to fix it, $300!! Thankfully I went around town to ask different mechanics the actual price

The staff are really friendly, the room was really nice and big. The bed was very comfortable. The pool is great too.

There was a big list of “guidelines (rules)” with a lot additional cost if you were to stain or break something. It was exaggerated to me but I would imagine they had some experiences with a different kind of client.

Airconditioning

For the price an exceptional clean property. They clean and mop the floor and the stairs more than regularly. It's very central but quiet given that your a couple of meters away from the main street. The area is surrounded with rice fields and you have an amazing view.

The bathroom could get an upgrade but that's really a minor!

The room was clean and the staff was lovely.

You have to walk on side ally that's dark in the evening to get to the guesthouse.

The pool look good , the room very clean. We enjoy stay there .

I didnt like the bed

The staff are so helpful. We experienced a near death experience though. There was a fail on our scooter's brake when we were on the way to the property and we called them to ask for some help then they picked us up with a car. As the road is too difficult (for us) to get through, we left the scooters in a local's house (who is happened helping us that night) and the staff were helping us again to pick the scooters on the next day in the morning. The room was clean, but please put a brighter light on the bathroom. They also have a trip package. We bought a dolphin package and found it was mich cheaper than the information that i read on internet!

Basically this point is nothing to do with the services and the room. It was the route from Denpasar/Kuta/any other places in the south Bali to Lovina. We used Google Map (as all ppl do) then it directed us to go through a very small road, sharp turns, that is super dangerous especially if you are just a normal rider of the motorbike or scooter or a normal car driver. Seriously, you need special skill to ride or drive on that road. We heard that there are lots of accidents happened and even with death case. Please, just contact the property if you're a first timer to Lovina.

The staff are incredible, the pool is lovely to swim in and the included made to order breakfast was incredible. The lady at the desk also helped us book a dolphin viewing activity and we even swam with the dolphins.
