Lovely and quite. Nobody slamming doors. Nobody stomping around upstairs. Nobody dragging furniture around on the balcony above. Nobody shouting last at night. Just pure peace and quiet for all 11 nights.

Antelia Homes is at a perfect location, everything is near! very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants. We spent there 7 days! Her place is great, very clean and has everything you need. Vasiliki was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend it!!

The host is a very nice person. The apartment was the right choice for our familly.

convenient location, helpful hosts: brought us a couple of pans to use in kitchenette as there were none, towels changed midweek & midweek cleaning offered. A map of Skiathos was provided, along with helpful suggestions on where to eat and visit, together with a bus timetable. We were offered an umbrella when it rained hard one day, and a chair to sit in the sun on the patio of the (empty) 1 bed apartment. Daughter of the owner speaks v good English & was always available via WhatsApp or email

appreciate they may have had terrible guests before and understandable they want to guests to treat the room as if it was their own home - there are things they don't want guests to do e.g. clean dirty shoes with clean white towels, take towels to the beach or damage the marble floor and furniture, however it felt quite intimidating to be asked to sign a list of 'Must Not Do...' immediately on arrival, for it to be copied and returned to you. A note on the room door would suffice

Vassiliki is really nice and helpful . Clean house and good wifi . Good location to visit the city by walk and close to the bus stop .

It was available only the ground floor apartment so the house is on the street and if you stay on the balcony , that is open with no gate. ,you don't have privacy and always people walking in front of you or park the car , so you have to close everything and the house become dark . Even the space outside in front of the bedroom is shared so no privacy and you can't open too much because of mosquitos even if there are net at the windows but you can't stay outside because of them . Very basic stuff in the kitchen to cook something decent . I tried not to write all this things and give a better rate but after a month of lots of messages from the owner that bothering us too much we decide to tell the truth about this place , that is nice but nothing special for the price you pay .

Big apartment, spacious, clean, AC's in every room; it has everything you need. Host/owner Vasiliki very kind and helpful. Would highly recommend.
