Clean and great location. Host are helpful
A few things are already damaged and the charges for damages and stain looks OTT and make our stay a bit paranoid and we had to be very careful about everything and need to take pictures to prevent any blame for incorrect damages. It is understandable that we need to pay for damages but it needs to be clear that some items which were already broken should be flagged beforehand. No Wi-Fi. Too much emphasis on damages and penalties.

Fantastic location. Right by the beach and marina. Cafés and restaurants nearby. Close to train station. Close to other areas of interest. Room had a washing machine and a small kitchen.
The room and bathroom were tiny. The bed was a fold down one and it was hard. Was quite expensive even with self cleaning (it was the most expensive place we stayed in Europe out of the 9 countries we stayed in)

They should put actual pictures of the appartment to avoid disappointment. Compared to other studios I stayed at in villeneuve loubet this was the worse.

Thé location and the contact with the staff.
The Sofa-bed was not confortable and was very noisy. This accommodation could be perfect for 2 adults (+1 child).

We stayed for two nights and the location was great and close to the beach, and many restaurants. We are also happy with the host.

difficukt to find the place. Can't cancel even after see the room which is quite bad and small. If change need 30 euros more.
