The location is good and the owner was responsive

The bed is not comfortable at all (it was small, made a lot of noise). The bathroom and toilet which are in the bedroom don’t have a proper door so there is no privacy. We did not expect to have shampoo or anything in the bathroom but they could have at least put one soap for hand washing especially now that is Covid time. The value for money (at least for a couple) is not good at all as you can get an actual hotel room with a similar price.

SUCKS! Really BAD stayed one night and suffered from horrible situation, no hot shower water in the cold night、afraid of breaking by thief due to unlocked door and exhausted looking for “disappeared green door”, 1. We stood on the dark and cold street to find the entrance of accommodation, we wasted almost an hour to follow the wrong directions from the landlord. Landlord asked us to find the green door between 2 shoppes 2. After showering my children, then hot water was gone and waited for landlord’s help, but in vain. 3. The key was sort of old and frangible, not easy to close the door, then the key was broken and stocked in keyhole. We stayed in the room whole night and no one came to us. Service center of Booking.com and I couldn’t reach to the landlord, they switched the phone off, even the room guests faced issues.
