Old furniture, dirty smelly bathrooms with random underwear lying around, towels were old and all in different colours like they were donated from somewhere. The whole place needs a makeover urgently. At the moment it seems like a cash grab for the owners. They won't even show up, they will just open the doors remotely after you text them on WhatsApp. Luckily, the other guests were well mannered, but nothing is stoping any guest from breaking all the rules, so good luck. Do yourself a favour and get a private apartment or a cheap hotel room, as there are plenty available for almost the same price. If you do happen to end up here, go eat some pizza at eTrigu around the corner.

Fabiano is a super nice host, he's always available and even helped me with a special request which was not a must in his role! :-) The room and shared bathroom was clean, nicely decorated and the bed was really comfy. Location is central and easy to reach from the airport via either public transportation or taxi, you can even reach the beach by a rather short footwalk.

Nothing. Just In case there are drunk or ruthless guests, you might hear them as it is a typical "Sardegnan" house (that's nice!!) - nevertheless that's gonna be happening almost everywhere, and only if they behave super loudly. Not many other rooms either, so you wouldn't get disturbed too much.

The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The old house had great architecture + good location with bus stop, supermarket, restaurants and bars nearby; city centre is a 20 minute walk

I had a great stay at Ethos rooms. Smooth checkin over the phone although I was late. Many shops in the area. Perfect cleanliness. Great and large bathrooms.

Fabiano, the manager, was super helpful. I arrived at midnight and he was answering my messages instantly. The room was big, and everything was super clean. I was afraid of the noises some previous guests talked about in the comments, but I heard nothing. There's a bakery just in front and the city center it's at 15min by walking.

We found everything we need in the apartment, there is really nice terrace on the roof, restaurants and shops in the hood and a bus stop 5 meters from the patio. Polecam 😁🇵🇱🇮🇹
