Just beautiful, lovely pool, lovely staff, lovely food.

Very big property with a free breakfast and a pool

It’s not in the center of town and 15 min away from the beach. And the wifi doesn’t work in the dorms.

Everything was great! Very nice hostel, clean swimming pool. Everything made from wood! Mangos falling from the tress right outside the rooms so you can eat healthy for free 24/7 😂☘️ Mosquito net on each bed, very helpful!!! And own fan on bed too! Just amazing and very thoughtful! The cleaning lady made our bed every morning! Beautiful breakfast 🥞 There is also a nice restaurant and a bar with various types of music in the night ( not too loud and not too late ) but somehow the hostel was lacking a soul. even though the hostel was fully booked the hostel felt dead and boring, buy of of course this always depends on the guests more than the hostel ! :)

No hot water, but i guess that's the standard in Colombia 😂 WiFi too weak. Stuff at the reception could be more friendly- like the cleaning ladies and kitchen stuff who were very nice and friendly, smiling all the time

Everything! The best hostel in Colombia untill now. Clean, fresh mango raining everywhere, beds extremely comfortable and separated one from eachother, plenty of space, every bed with it's own fan and plug, common area super nice, guys working there super nice, breakfast of choice and delicious. And the price for all this is incredible. Hope to be back!

The walls don't come up to the ceiling so you can hear absolutely everything from all other parts of the building - including a DJ playing poor quality house music until midnight. The pictures don't show the walls not reaching the ceiling so be warned about this. The walls are also so thin that you can clearly hear people's conversations in the next room. The reception staff are awful, I didn't see the girl crack one smile and when we asked if we could cancel our second night and get a refund due to the noise, she point blank said no and she can't help us, no compromise whatsoever, she was almost grinning. When we arrived there was no toilet roll, towels or bath towel, we had to ask three times and eventually they gave them to us. Extremely poor experience, there are so many nicer places than this with nicer people too -, like Hotel Renasci just around the corner. Do not come here!!!

A bit away from the beach but of course you know that before booking. Beds are a bit small but really comfy.

Beautiful, chilled place made of wood and bamboo. Good choice of breakfast included in the rate, tasty Happy Hour cocktails, friendly and helpful staff-Gracias!

A bit of a walk to the beach 15-20min in the mud if it rains and mosquitos, but that's not the hostels fault ;)

Breakfast was great and included. Pasta I had for dinner was also quite good. There are many nice lounge spaces.

Wifi was horrific. Two different connections and both couldn't even load a reel on instagram let alone load a webpage. The property is a solid 20 minute walk from the beach. Its off the main road and further out than most of the similarly priced locations.

Location is good, 10-15 mins walk from the beach. Several restaurants and shops close by. All common areas are super beauitful. Clean bathrooms. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. I also love the fact that there were no bunk beds. Probably one of the best hostels I have ever been to.

Nice spacious room, good atmosphere, variable breakfast options

You can’t bring snacks and drinks from outside, but they don’t have bar until like 5pm or so. That was weird for us. They also have a huge set of rules you need to follow, there are signs everywhere.

Design of the place is just great. You don't want to leave the space.Breskfedt was modest but pretty ok. Ping pong table and swimming pool were great spots to team up with others but best part was a space to work and rest.

The wifi connection was really bad.

The facilities are excellent - the property has been well constructed and laid out is a nice setting. There are great hammocks and chill out spots around the hostel.

I would have preferred if it was on the Main Street to the beach - Carrera 6a - which is where the restaurants and vibe is. It’s not so far off the track, but at night it’s a walk down a dark street which I would not have wanted to do alone at night.

the location was not great for a solo traveller. you’re far away from the buzz of the strip and you have to walk down pitch black roads to get there. it’s said to be very safe here but it’s still very uncomfortable

The breakfast was great! I also had dinner there all 3 nights and it was very good also. The vibe there is good and I met quite a few people. It has a great area with mattresses and hammocks for relaxing in.

The showers definitely need shower heads instead of a stream of water coming straight out. Also, the hostel is right beside a busy street which can be noisy during the day. At night, though, it is quiet except for the occasional dog barking.

The lady that cleans the room was very kind along with one security guy.

First of all we arrived almost at 11 pm tired, ready to sleep and the room was next to a common area where they blasted the speakers to top volume of bad music till 11. No where in the hotel description they say they are a disco hotel. You leave the city to get away from the noise to find it louder there since morning to late evening. This forced us to not stay in the room most of the time. I complained and the service became hostile, bad looks all around. The breakfast is mediocre, and the price was outrageous for what was offered. Honestly we finally left and found another hotel for the same price which was a luxury compared to this noisy and hostile place.

They are all a bunch of lovely people always willing to help! the hostel is a little rustic gem with some cute rooms, delicious food, a nice bar, a small pool to freshen up and lots of fun people. We enjoyed our stay in Kanta Sana!

The water pressure in my room was probably the weakest in the whole complex (we had a private room!). The water pressure in the outdoors areas is much better.

People at the reception were kind and helpful. The hostel is big and have lots of different areas. The vibe is chill and it’s well maintained. The food was good and we had options for breakfast. You pay only at the end which is so convenient! The French volunteer in the kitchen was pretty friendly!

The service at the restaurant is pretty long, it took us around 45 min to get our food, it’s super slow. Plus the women in the kitchen aren’t super smiling, felt more like we were annoying them when we asked for little things! Nobody came to clean the room or change the sheets during our 3 days stay. Could have been nice to get new sheets and towel after 2 days… the shower is SO COLD and no pressure but I guess it’s kind of the same everywhere. Beds were stiff and so much bugs! Bring your bugs repellent. The net on top of the bed is a little uncomfortable . Would be better to install it different so it doesn’t lie on our face….
