Everything. Eye for detail from the coffee, all food amenities, the quality of the bed, the terrace, the parking spot, the quietness and location of course. The owner is offering everything you need. Would recommend 100 percent.

Had a wonderful stay at Quintero suites . Pablo’s hospitality was unparalleled. He had texted me ahead of time to organize my arrival and was waiting for me out front when I arrived. He took his time to give me lots of recommendations for what to see on the island. I also appreciated the welcome beers and water. The apartment was beautifully decorated and had everything you could possibly need . It came in handy to have my own washing machine to do laundry . Kitchen was well equipped. The location was great - complete silence at night and in the middle of the island within 10-30 minutes to all the spots to see. Will definitely come back next time in Lanzarote . Muchísimas gracias Pablo!

La ubicación perfecta para recorrer la isla en coche. Pablo ha sido super amable en todo momento y nos ha recomendado sitios para cenar, así como los supermercados más cercanos. El alojamiento es muy tranquilo y la cama es cómoda.

Wir wurden von Pablo sehr freundlich empfangen. Es standen schon eine Flasche Wasser und Wein für uns bereit. Auch Kaffeekapseln für die Kaffeemaschine und die Grundausstattung für die Küche (Zucker Pfeffer Salz und Öl) war vorhanden.
Das Zimmer ist für zwei Personen sehr geräumig, bequemes Bett. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht außer einem Backofen. Wir fahren gerne wider dort hin!

Die Wohnung von Pablo, dem Gastgeber, befand sich in einem äußert guten Zustand. Sie war sehr sauber und super gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, als Beispiel es gab Gewürze, Tupperdosen, etc.
Pablo war sehr zuvorkommend, hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar.
Die Wohnung liegt mittig der Insel, so dass man alle Orte mit einem Auto schnell erreichen kann.
Nichts, die Unterkunft war perfekt.

Very peaceful and quiet. Great central location on the island, so convenient for heading out in different directions to explore each day. The apartment was pretty much exactly as I expected it to be based on the description on-line. Pablo, the host, is very friendly and helpful.

For us it was the perfect accommodation for 3 mains reasons:
1) Location: Right in the center of the island, you easily reach everywhere.
2) Accommodation: You have everything you need in the apartment. The kitchen has all the small little details you need to cook, with an amazing terrace to enjoy breakfast with a lot of privacy, with a dark and quiet room and you even can wash your clothes.
3) Host: Pablo is an outstanding host that will welcome you and give you pro tips.
Besides all of this I was super happy to pay for accommodation where I feel it’s not “mass market”, it’s something small and local with a good impact in the island.
The place is perfect. If something could be changed I would change some noise of cars while enjoying the terrace. But that vs all the positive things I would book this place again and again and again.

It was all perfect: Pablo was very kind and gave us lots of information about places to visit and where not to go, the position is in the centre of the island, so that we could easily reach every village from North to South, the apartment was very clean and cosy. Next time in Lanzarote we will surely go back there!

everything was perfect! The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. Pablo (the owner) was very caring and helpful. We loved the area too as it is at the center of the island and we could easily reach all the most beautiful beaches and spots. We will certainly come back 😊

Lovely studio apartment in a quiet location yet 15 minutes walk to bars and restaurants in San Bartolome. Pablo our host was very helpful and friendly.

Absolutely lovely place to stay. It's well located on a very quiet area by the countryside but in the geographic center of the island, conveniently near to the main roads and a short drive away to anywhere in the island. The host, Pablo, has an incredible attention to the detail. He will make sure that your stay is superb and even provide you with suggestions to visit around if needed. If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay on the countryside away from the resorts, this is definitely your place.

We can't think of anything, probably only the somewhat heightened humidity in the apartment.
