The hosts were extremely rude and unfriendly, there are signs everywhere in bad English so it doesnt make sence and the hosts dont speak any English,the signs are forbitting to eat in "structure"which we obviously had no idea what it means so we assumed we shouldnt eat in the room but in the kitchen as kitchen was advertised in the booking so we assumed it is for us to use thats why we booked this accomodation,once we start prepering our food in kitchen they start yelling something in italian and show us that we cant be there and pointing that we should eat outside or in room, we couldnt even get hot water or heat up our meal even though my partner has diatery requirements and has to preper her own food,the lady was yelling at me and in the morning when the breakfast was served she yelled again "eat quickly",really bad bad bad experience

Everything was great. Friendly host, large, clean room and comfortable bed.

Staff and cleanliness. Mattress was confi and new apartment.
