La struttura e la posizione buona

Non ci è stato comunicato che la struttura si trova in zona traffico limitato e la sera è impossibile arrivare a meno di un chilometro con l’auto. Inoltre abbiamo pagato un supplemento per il check in fuori orario per scoprire che non c’era nessuno ad aspettarci bensì avevano inserito le chiavi in una box col codice.

Amazing location, lovely resort, very kind staff, perfectly clean and modern apartment in historic building and environment. Highly recommended!

La situation de l'hôtel est idéale sur l'île d'Ortigie. La chambre était grande et très propre. Petit déjeuner tout à fait correcte et personnel aimable.

The room was very nice, and the people in the hotel were very friendly ! It is also at a very convinient spot.

Modern, well appointed, clean, quiet room. Friendly owner and staff. Good location. Included breakfast was greatly appreciated.

Loft area of room was difficult to cool with AC.

Italiana Resort Maniace is a modern, clean, bright and well located accommodation near the waterfront in Ortigia. Breakfast was in the shaded courtyard.

Location was excellent

We booked a queen room described in Booking.com as 30sq metres with balcony, view and dressing room. This particular room had a price lower than some of the others that were smaller. Interesting, we were told on arrival that the only room available for us over the two day stay was a back room no balcony no view and very small, so small we could not easily move around the bed or room, I complained and was told quite forcefully “take it or leave it” interesting since cancellation would have meant total payment. We did arrive at about 1 pm to just drop our luggage to find parking. A busy, sunny Sunday, no chance every parking station was full. Why could a space not be pre booked as an option by the provider? Other accomodation providers pre book parking. We finally got back after parking at about 5 pm 4 hours later. Beware the large room you book may be substituted for a smaller room that is advertised as more expensive that has no view a small widow. I want what I book and size is important to me.
