For a couple or solo traveller this is a great place to stay in! 2 mins walk from the beach, nice restaurants around and on the beach, 30 to 45 mins walk to Kendwa Rocks beach when it's low tide. Request a room more silent if you are looking for some peace and quiet and don't expect to have continental breakfast, it is a modest and enjoyable refreshing one with amazing staff! Special thanks to Titto, Maryam and Nadiya, they helped me alot with information and guidance for Nungwi and also to get best prices for trips, souvenirs, braids and henna. They looked after me and I hope I looked after them too! Until next time, you made my birthday week very special! Well done Boss man!

If you come as a family with kids, I don't know how much you would like it as there is no TV and not many drawers, cupboards or hangers. Also, as a solo traveller I didn't like that my (Italian) neighbours at the time were having "too much business" and out loud, they could have been more considerate.

The house is located central, right behind the seafront hotels. Taxi, supermarkets and restaurants are just in front of the door. The beach is only a 3 minutes' walk away. The clean and spacy rooms are well equipped (but no TV) with comfortable beds and mosquito net on the windows and also over the bed if you wish, air condition, Wi-Fi and own bathrooms. The housekeeping did a great job every day. The breakfast was small but mostly enough. Free tea and coffee are always available. The personal was always very helpful. On our early arrival on the first day, they've even gave us breakfast and they helped us with aloe vera leaves by sunburn and organized some local food.

We experienced short electricity blackouts and some noise from the street.

It was so clean, location was so good and staff were so helpful.

Simple but everything is working. The rooms were very clean, windows have glass on them. There are air conditioning and also fan. (Both working.) It is located in the village so you can access restaurants and shops. Supermarket is very close. Really nice beach is 3 minutes walk. Breakfast is same every day, but it includes eggs, fruits, pancake, fresh smootie, toasts, peanut butter. They arranged two transfers for us for a very good price. We really liked it.

Wifi connection is not very stable.

Good value for what pay ! Great location only few steps (4 min) to the beach, shops and restaurants..taxis are at Nungwi House doors. Very friendly, joyal and arranging staff (Teeto, Mariam and other Nungwi House team), amazing breakfast.

Very friendly staff, we felt like being at home of a friend. The breakfast was always the same, but absolutely sufficient and you can select what you eat. The rooms were cleaned daily.

The staff is super nice and always smiling. Breakfast is nice and the location perfect to enjoy Nungwi.

Nice pleasant room, tea and coffee available all day for free. Free parking for your rental car just outside. Close to restaraunts and shops in a minutes walking, and 2 minutes to the beach. Quiet location and good breakfasts.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Excellent location, fantastic staff, especially Tito who went above and beyond to help me. I really liked the room, the tranquillity of the garden area, and the close proximity to the beach and other areas such as Baraka Natural Aquarium which is walking distance.

Nothing. Just note that there aren't many ATMs close by and not everywhere in the area takes card so do make sure you bring sufficient cash!

The locstion, it is 5 minutes from the beach.
