The management of their ground floor restaurant. The GM of the hotel was aware of the issue and seemed eager to sort out the mess in the restaurant and he was even seen supervising the same when issues of delayed delivery of orders was brought up by a guest with a child. With limited floor area of the restaurant and hotel running to capacity, the hotel would be better advised to keep buffet the only option and focus their attention on guests in the restaurant. But for the restaurant the property otherwise is good. I would still believe may be during my stay, the mismanaged restaurant was just one off incident that day due to increased footfall. Hope to return to a better food experience.

hand set used is most advanced faculty but not working , at night 12 has to come down from room and made the request as not possible to contact via intercom as not button no 9 was working which the guest was not informed nor it was mentioned on hand set , when told to shesh manik abt the same at night , his response was not at all acceptable

Building was made with good investment.

Almost everything. Bad upholstery, old duvet and torn bedsheets, old towels, bad smell in the room and walkways. Restaurant staff is so unwelcoming and straight nose. Waited almost an hour for getting one of my two rooms. This was the only hotel during my trip to West Gujarat which asked for advance payment threatening cancel otherwise.

Everything not to be liked...rooms were awful..but they did change the rooms coz those rooms were unstayable..

1. Overcharged at the counter 2. Food was pathetic- burnt pizza, basic sandwitch 3. No value for money given the facilities and room amenities- ended up paying 5000 per room which at best was worth 3000. Felt like a scam.

The stay was indeed comfortable . We cleared our final bill using my credit card After 3 hours of checking out we were bombarded with messages and calls that we owe them some more money. The manager was trying to make extra money I think by doing this We are on a pilgrimage not holiday that you make such demands Final bill was raised and we paid by credit card Why is he asking for cash

The attitude of the manager and his assistant.. booking .com must evaluate the properties they recommend before putting them on hire
