Location was great, with very convenient access to good restaurants and cafe/bakery. Property manager was great. Kitchen was well equipped

bedding was not as soft as we are used to. Sofa was not the most comfortable.

The apartment was beautiful and decorated so well! Extremely clean, full of clean towels etc. Kitchen full of utensils and spotless all round. Bed is massssssssive and so comfortable! I went with my two friends, one of which is pregnant, and she slept so well and we were all so impressed with the cleanliness of the place. The local area was absolutely stunning, right on the marina. Plenty of lovely restaurants and cafes to explore. The host could not have been better. Jenny text me on our travels to the property, waited for us to arrive, showed us around, gave us recommendations for local restaurants, checked in during our stay multiple times and even gave us biscuits which were amazing. Couldn’t fault the communication and staff conduct at all- would recommend anyone visiting portishead to go here!

The front door to the apartment block didn’t lock which felt a little unsafe but the apartment door had 5 locks inside which was great for a group of younger women. Felt secure!

It was central to all facilities eateries shops pubs and easy reach to places kike cheddar gauge and clarks village.

Harbour location

Could of done with a small magnifying mirror, for us oldies to use doing hair and makeup

Good location close to the marina. Good standard of furnishings and comfortable bed.

All was great Owner may want to look a5 replacing some furniture and China due to wear and tear

Once we grasped the close proximity to the marina and local shops it meant little need to use the car. Unfortunate that so many facilities were impacted on by the pandemic, so never got to use fully what there was available, but the local Waitrose offerings went a long way to filling the gap. The flat was warm and comfortable.

Very little that is under the control of the hosts e.g parking, telephone reception, weather

Location was perfect for me, within easy distance of my work plus close to the Marina. Wifi was good quality as was the TV which unexpected'y had Netflix provided. Was good to have the freedom to come and go as I pleased.

England was in lockdown but no fault of the hosts of course
