Great location, nice new buildings, good design, comfortable bed, great valet service.

Water does not drain out in the shower, breakfast was mediocre, staff was overall friendly except for one person, which ended up making a bad impact.

The balcony did not lock

Nice people in the breakfast area, some of the people working in the reception and all the cleaning staff. The cleaning staff did an excellent job!

Horrible white lighting in the living room, some lights didn't work. Oil drum as a night stand, what's that about? Door between living room and bedroom was broken.

Big room. Good breakfast.

Staff should speak more languages.

The only issues were the bed could be larger and the bathroom did not have cabinet space plus the drainage system was poor in the bathroom . The decor was like industrial looking . With Oil drum in the bedroom and industrial lightning in the check in areas . SKB

Well located and modern decoration

The sofa bed available for my 10y old son was terrible and there wasn’t bedding in the room. We ordered that, however neither the staff could instruct us how to set the sofa bed. When we started trying it, we found a straw between the pillows and lot of hairs in the internal side. On top of that, the foam was uncovered and the mattress structure could be felt when lying down. Unfortunately there was no towel for my son too, showing that they simply ignored the booking for 2 adults and 1 child!
