Agriturismo-Appartamento-Pet Friendly- è un appartamento indipendente di qualità indipendente all'interno della proprietà della fattoria di 3 ettari nei limiti della città di Warrnambool ma in un ambiente rurale. C'è un parcheggio gratuito per gli ospiti e un sacco di esso. Vicino al fiume Merri si trova in un ambiente molto privato, con alberi nativi e uccelli interamente coltivati. (Il fiume Merri è noto per la sua trota ed è un incantevole posto per la pesca tranquilla.) L'Agriturismo è a 10 minuti dalla CBD ma vicino a strade principali, autostrade e località turistiche.

I have to say. Home away from home. Helen was just an exceptional host, the property was just what i needed for my Dog, it was clean warm quiet, everything you needed was there, i will be booking again for sure ...Thnk Helen ❤️❤️

The Cottage had everything you and your pets could want including milk, coffee, wine, chocolates, dog treats etc and is just up the road to the whale nursery at Logan’s Beach
The dog beds were so comfy that our two fur baby’s preferred them to their usual couch potato positions for the duration of our stay! They looked like they were smiling for the whole trip 😝
Helen and John made us all (humans & pets) feel very welcome and at home - especially you Helen! Thank you.

We had a fantastic stay at Helen's apartment! The location was perfect, just a short drive from the main attractions downtown. The apartment itself was beautifully warm and impeccably clean. Helen was a wonderful host, providing clear instructions and even providing our Afghan hound lots of towels, treats and even his own bed. The check-in process was seamless, and we appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided. We especially loved the warmth and comfort of the apartment where we could unwind after a day of exploring. Overall, a delightful experience and we would certainly come back.

Super clean, spacious, quiet, great location, hosts very friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the flat had everything you could need and much more. Also the shower was amazing!

Great property with everything you need and more.
Dog loved the space and checking out the wild rabbits.
Hosts are extremely welcoming and were quick to provide a large BBQ & pot when we came home with a fresh crayfish.
Plenty to see & do in Warnabool, foreshore & maritime village is delightful.

Generally comfortable and well maintained flat with lots of extras. Overall, rated 4 stars because we both found the mattress a bit soft and had sore backs in the morning.

We have stayed here previously and because we enjoyed it we returned and enjoyed our stay again.
The flat is self contained, very clean and tidy. Helen and John, the owners, do a wonderful job providing a well stocked kitchen and bathroom.
After a welcome briefing, including tourist information, by Helen, we were completely independent and free to do our own thing.

The property was better than expected with every thing one would need for both us and our dog. Hosts were delightful people who welcomed us and dog warmly

We enjoyed staying in this apartment very much, particularly the combination of 1980s style bricks, woodwork, and real character with up to date accessories - except for the absence of wifi, necessitating use of a mobile hot spot. The only slight drawback is the distance out of town, making a car essential, and the not particularly interesting setting (though the farmlet is lovely, as is the birdlife, especially the fairy wrens)

A perfect place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city but not too far away from the magnificent coastline. Helen and John are wonderful hosts. The unit was neat and tidy and had everything we needed and more. Our four legged fur child was greeted warmly and also thoughtfully catered for. We would have no hesitation in staying again and highly recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Our stay here was fantastic.
Our hosts were lovely, the unit was perfect, lots of little special extras, our dogs were made most welcome and comfortable, with treats and beds.
We loved the huge gardens and surrounding area, with easy access to Warrnambool central and the beaches. Everything was just lovely. We highly recommend this property.

Tucked away between Warrnambool and Port Fairy, this little farmhouse flat is cosy, comfortable, clean and beautifully equipped. The host is attentive, the garden surrounds are lovely.

Close to everything. Lots of doggie comfort amenities. Enjoyed our stay even during a huge thunderstorm we were all warm and cosy. Would definitely recommend.

We loved Helen and John’s property. The little apartment itself had everything you could want for a little getaway. They have paid a lot of attention to detail and we were never left wanting for anything more. Their house is beautiful as is the garden. A lovely farm flat with great hosts and perfect location - to tour the area - for a couple and 3 Chihuahua small dogs it was perfect - flat had everything you could need and more and the hosts are the best. Helen the owner made us feel very welcome and also gave us info on the local warrenbool area . Local town was pretty closeby 10mins drive and 15 to the beach front. lots to see and explore.
Highly recommend this property. Staying at a location where we felt very welcome and with fantastic amenities adds to our experience. It was my partners Birthday weekend and we were given a complimentary bottle of wine, Could not be happier! We definitely recommend property for a couple or business trip .

We enjoyed our two nights farm stay. Room was fitted out with everything we needed, including providing for our small dog. The owner, Helen, is a delightful woman, approachable but not interfering.

Lots of space and a nice garden. TV with foxtel, electric blanket on the comfy bed, heat lamp in the bathroom and a strong shower, really dog friendly which made it really welcoming and comfortable. I had a great time and will be back to further explore the Warrnambool area :) thanks Helen and John

The booking process was easy, the check in was very helpful and the premises were very clean and well stocked.
It was just a short drive to the centre of Warrnambool and surrounding features.

The flat was very comfortable and private. The amenities are really good with big tvs, beautiful towels and bed linen and a good size bathroom. The bed was very comfortable as were the recliners!
We particularly enjoyed our tea and coffee made with tank water and Bronson preferred the dog bed over his own!
A good tip from John was to try the RSL for a meal!

Helen was very welcoming and thought of everything, especially regarding our dog. The little extras were an added bonus and the area is quite and relaxing. Great selection of magazines, DVDs and books.

This place is perfect! You know how some dog-friendly properties can be a bit run down, and you put up with it because that's what you expect if you want your pet with you? Not at the Farm House Flat! Its every bit the same high standard you'd expect from any non-pet friendly listing, and your dogs are well catered for too. Mine thought the garden was magic and they were very settled at night. My bed was comfortable too, as was the other furniture.
