Gentileza e agilidade da anfitriã em nos receber e orientar. Hospedagem muito agradável no apartamento, com móveis funcionais, limpos e organizados. Apartamento, condomínio, localização e atendimento: excelentes!

The size was good a nice living and dining area with mirrors in all rooms. We had two bathrooms which is great when staying as a family or group of 2+ Nice views as we were on the 13th floor but there was a netting at the balcony and windows which is obstructive. Some apartments don’t have them. The place is light and airy so very bright. The staff are friendly(don’t speak English) and guests (some speak English). Great facilities such as free dance and swimming lessons, clean pools and grounds which are beautifully landscaped. Clean lifts and lobby areas. Playground on site and walking distance from the complex, security guarded and fingerprints ID to enter the grounds and swimming area. I’d definitely stay again but apartments owners need to take pride in hygiene especially as mine 1207 was not up to standard and quite expensive. I still enjoyed my stay non the less.

The property was very dirty upon arrival. The bed linens and towels were unwashed but had been placed back into the wardrobes. I did bring this to the attention of the host who provided new towels but I still had to wash all the linen and existing towels prior to them being replaced. The living space was not clean either and I had to clean the kitchen before I could use it along with the two bathrooms and sweep the apartment. This is not what I expected after an 18hour journey across the Atlantic with two young children. The kitchen wasn’t well equip either but again to be fair to the host, she provided some money to wards a clearer and bought a few kitchen items I requested such as a blending and glass baking tray. I still went out and bought knifes, tea towels (as the ones provided were stained: not good if they’re white) scissors and wok.
