Washroom water slop is upside whenever you will go for shower all water clogging up

The staff is great. I had forgotten something in the room and Putu personally came to the port before my boat left to return it to me. Unbelievable. The rooms are big and clean and very comfy.

Even though the beach is not beautiful you fall asleep listening to the sea.

There were no electricity for 2.5 hours in night, they don't have anything as a backup to atleast burn a light

It was ok on the rooms, but the toilet was quite small and messy, the shower and toilet were basically the same. Plus the area of Nusa where the hotel is, might not be the best one if you want to stay some days to visit and dive, it's better to stay closer to the port

It's closer to the ferry point

The staff was not available when we entered the property. We had to wait for a while. There was not proper information offered. Though asked for vehicles, the staff had no information. Food was not available. Look of the room from outside was decent but the facilities were horrible. There was no water in the washroom at any point of time. I had to go out and use the common washbasin. Water was also smelly and brownish in colour. Hot water was not available at any given point of time. Staff was not available to resolve this problem. For the whole night we couldn't sleep as people was talking and laughing loudly. Staff only knows how to give keys and nothing beyond that.

View was great. Location is right on beach. Easy to locate. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Great view from the 1st floor n restaurant. Smooth check in n communication. Very calm and quiet location right on the beach.

Staffs were not much friendly. Only one guy was making breakfast in the morning. Breakfast options and amount were very meagure. There was no option for eating dinner. Bathroom has no doors only curtain. Surprising.....

Staff was very accommodating

This location is perfect. Close to the harbour, very close to the beach, good for sunsets. Nice view to Mt. Agung. I slept like a baby, so comfortable beds do they have. I never used the air conditioning because it’s fresh enough in the night. This place has everything you need. Warm water, WiFi is almost ok, enough space in the room and a bar/restaurant where you can order drinks and food for a good price. The Staff was always very helpful. I would come back again for sure. You can rent a motorbike for 70.000 IDR
