As it is 3 km away from main town,there is no intertainment facility there.As dhanolty is very cold during winter,provision of room heater is must.

Nothing at all. Very Poor Rating.

1. Room: Very Dingy, musty, very poor upholstery, poor linen, very uncomfortable rooms with no privacy at all. The rooms were very dark with dark upholstery, making it look very depressing. The front door and glass windows were facing the hotel’s cook house and the front corridor, leaving no privacy. So had to pull all the curtains. No view outside. The bedroom had two narrow windows facing the back verandah, where people used to sit and have their meals/ leisure time. Again no privacy, so had to keep the curtains drawn always. Again no view outside at all. 2. Bathroom: The worst part. Very dirty. No water. The wash basin drain pipe was not connected to any drain. It was flowing through the bathroom floor. Disgusting. The flush was not working. The bucket and the mug was filthy. There was no hand washing soap provided. Overall a very unhygienic bathroom. 3. Food: Quality, taste and serving like that of any dhaba. Somehow managed to gulp and survive the night there with such food. 4. Privacy: The staff boy had no courtesy. He would always just do one knock at the door and straight away enter the room without asking. We per force had to always ensure the we latch the room from inside for privacy. 5. The hotel guys had put loud music right outside the room till late night. Even though I went and reduced the volume, they again raised it to loud blast. It seemed that they were not bothered about the comfort of the guests and were more interested about their own requirement of listening to music that were unbearable and the very poor choices of songs as well. 6. Overall, the worst experience ever in any hotel till date. Had driven more than 400 kms to stay there, by reading the reviews on Booking.Com, but a real disappointment. I can’t give any stars to this dhaba cum lodge.

Nothing to like about.

Very dirty outside the room. There is no cleaning Poor response from staff Early in the morning, there is no water in the tap. This is because owner is not staying nearby and staff is running as per their convenience.

Excellent hospitality, wonderful location. My stay was amazing. Met with a small accident leaving an injury in my right eye. The hotel owner Mr Sarthak Badoni (Doctor by profession) travelled all the way from Tehri to visit me, got me required medicines and didn't charge any consultation fee. Much appreciated on this hospitality. Very few people go this extra mile.

Wifi - was little weak but I guess if you are on vacation mode then this is good

The stay was so very comfortable. I stayed there with my spouse and daughter. The best part was the supporting attitude of the staff in terms of everything, food, roomservice etc.The owner ,Dr Sarthak, is really a gentle soul and very prompt in responding to any query. Highly recommend this place to all visiting Dhanaulti or nearby places.

Excellent location on road side .suitable for senior citizens.scenic view , cool and calm.

They charged the vat ,but not provided proper bill.

The property is at a good place, overlooking mountains in Dhanualti.

Apart from how it looks in the outside, everything else is wrong with the property. Rooms , towels, washrooms are filthy. Fly and bug infestation, I agree that being in the midst of the nature you would find some bugs, but the dead bugs that lay in the corners meant the stay isn’t cleaned thoroughly. Staff is overworked, they delay over anything and everything.

The location is excellent.The service and the staff is very caring

We don't like food. Bathroom was not proper. There are many things are not available. There is not mirror and almira in the room. No foot mat. Lack of cleanliness. Geyser not working sometime. Dirty water.

Location of the Hotel is Awesome, there is room in upstairs with 3 sides Glass fitted that'is next level, i liked the stay there, staff is Good and food is ok. Value for the money.

Taste of the food should be improved
