לא מדובר במלון כפי שניתן להבין מהפרסום בנטפליקס. זהו בית דירות להשכרה יומית/שבועית, ללא מתן שירות כלשהוא באמצעות דלפק הקבלה. בכל בקשה מדגישים שאין שום קשר בין החברה המפעילה את הדלפק ובין האורחים. אפילו בקשה לסבון שלא הונח לפני בואנו לא היו מוכנים לנפק!!!!!!!זהו מחדל של נטפליקס שאינם מדגישים זאת. הדירה נוחה לזוג ודי נעימה חייבים לומר. נא לא להיתפס לכך!!! זוהי הולכת שולל של המזמין כשהתיאור אינו הוגן. כנראה שלא נזמין יותר בנטפליקס כי זו לא הפעם הראשונה שנתקלנו בער משמעותי בין הפירסום והמצב האמיתי באתר המוזמן. דב.

Perfect size for 6 people. Very good location. Definitely recommend.

Cozy apartment, good value for money. Sauna was small, but private.

Difficult to get through to reception over the phone. Some of the kitchen doors/fridge were in poor condition.

Ubytování naprosto dokonalé, prostorný apartmán plnohodnotně vybavený, blízko lanovky i městečka. Personál velmi ochotný.

Great location, the place is nice and clean, it’s a great place for family with 2 teenagers. Hotel breakfast in the Olivia restaurant was great.

The fan blower in the shower was making loud noise, and should be replaced. The city tax can’t be paid in the front desk cause they are not dealing with those hotels apartments. I actually had to pay this tax double due to the bank transfer fee (it was much easier if it was just included in the total price).

Our stay was extraordinary. The rooms were spacious and had a nice view to the mountains. Cable car station was just around the corner. Breakfast was delicious and dinner was also available. The staff was very kind and helpful. Sure we will return in the future. Thank you for everything.

Great apartment, very well equipped kitchen. Lovely fireplace as a bonus. 5 minutes walk to ski lifts
