Erreur dans la réservation ! Il manquait une chambre sur les 4 qui étaient réservées 😡 Douche a fonctionnement aléatoire…. La situation un pu loin de tout

Personal amb poques ganes d oferir informacio. Tot era dificil de fer, l hotel no te ni una ampolla d aigua per oferir-te, ni per comprar-la Arribes al vespre, 19.00 hores. A la ciutat esta tot tancat i no tenen un servei minim per vendre ni d aigua. Per sopar, encara menys. Ens vam quedar sense sopar

Lovely guest house with so much potential. Naledi and Tumi provided wonderful customer service and were always helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are quite spacious, but the furnishings could be improved. Easy access to chobe river, shops and national parks.

The supposedly Deluxe room has a bed that is too small according to my standards. The towels in both booked rooms were brown and worn out with holes, which is very unprofessional and unhygienic. The standard double room (room 2) is also very tight. Grotty, mouldy, flooding shower. Poor drainage leading to shower flooding. Shower door too small and was a tight squeeze to get in and out of the shower This was apparently reported to the owner before but is still to be fixed. We got lost trying to find this place, as the direction provided on booking.com is wrong. We wasted about 30mins going around the area which we eventually found by asking the local people. Could this be amended please.

Perfect location, friendly staff, very very clean and good facilities!

The room was spacious, extra clean rooms and bathrooms, comfortable bed, excellent staff with good customer care.
