Nothing wrong with the property at all. Only down side is the cost of parking which is due to the council being exceptionally greedy

We had a reasonable stay but round the owner curt and unfriendly. She was constantly telling people they might have to be charged extra ...for towels...for cleaning...for anything. One lady coughed and was advised they may have to clean the rug We left with no concerns and folded all bedding. We were then messaged to say we had stained the bed through sweat and needed to pay 70 pound charge! Me and my partner are both 8 stone and certainly did not make any mess or staining whatsoever. I feel this was dishonest and would therefore not return

Attention to detail was evident throughout as well as Maxcine’s personality: quirky, confident, trusting and hardworking!

I was unsure about booking a guest house but I knew straight away when I phoned to give an arrival time , how nice Maxine was x this was a 5 star service

Maxine was a very helpful and welcoming host and even got up early to cook me a breakfast, as I had an early start. The breakfast was great too. Rooms are lovely and location unbeatable Thank you

Max, the owner runs it on her own and what a star! She's welcoming and lovely and works very hard to create a good tidy clean b&b and her breakfast is banging! Location is brilliant right across from the beach, a short walk to the harbour and main town.

Lovely comfortable guesthouse, Maxine the host is lovely, nice view of the harbour from my bedroom, very comfy bed, excellent attention to detail.

Nothing not to like really. I'd definitely go for the best rooms as the singles are a bit snug.

Lovely guest house with views overlooking both the beach and harbour. Clean cosy and comfortable rooms. Maxine the hostess realy friendly and welcoming and couldnt of been any more helpful. Would definitely recommend and will be planning on staying there again when we return to weymouth.

Beautiful room with exceptional hosting. Cute forget me box which was a lovely kind thought. Food was really tasty and the waitress was very attentive. Maxine is a treasure. Will definitely be back 😊

I recommend. Very nice and friendly lady owner, the location is central by the harbour and by the sea. Nice breakfast, the house is clean and quiet, which we've very appreciated.
