1- Excellent location, a few minutes away from Metaxa, the main shopping street in Glyfada, and from Vouliagmeni, the main highway. 2- Very helpful hosts who will reply to WhatsApp almost immediately. 3- Spacious and comfortable rooms 4- Meticulous cleaning 5- Good kitchen and living room. 6- Price point was good during the winter time, especially for 3 bedrooms. 7- Internet was good. 8- Atmosphere felt safe. The showers are a mess. I see a few other reviewers mentioned this as well. If it wasn't for the nice hosts I would probably have scored this place lower for a luxury apartment. There are two big problems which made taking a shower something none of us were looking forward to: 1- No shower curtains. If you take a shower, expect half of the bathroom to become wet. The architect opted for a kind of "form over function" choice for the bathroom so it looks "cool" but in fact, whenever someone takes a shower the bathrooms will be soaking wet for half a day (including the toilet). You also can't really bring any clothes in with you because they will get wet too. I asked the hosts if they could provide a shower curtain but they didn't. It takes a lot of the "luxury" away when you can't have a shower without worrying about things like this. Not sure why this hasn't been resolved yet. 2- Water temperature varies wildly even when showering. You can go from almost boiling hot to freezing cold with a small one millimeter movement of the faucet. I jumped out of the shower multiple times. That said I would still come back to this place, but it is unfortunate that in a luxury apartment you can't have a simple shower without worrying about this.

You know this feeling, when you book a furnished and equipped place and yet, it’s not like home? Something missing, this eternal impersonality of rented apartments… Here you feel home from the very moment you open the door and enter. It smells home, cozy, tidy, impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed and tastefully decorated, it was probably equipped by a Mom of a big, wealthy and greekly hedonistic family. I started to pull the kitchen drawers to find 2 kinds of juicer, 3 kinds of coffee machines, a FULL set of dishes and numerous little things you take time to collect when settling down in a new home. Beds are comfy, bed linen is crispy, fragrant and new, as everything else. 2 bathrooms, that’s important. The location is optimal, the place is silent, the terrace is big enough and doesn’t lack privacy, despite the low floor, thanks to the exuberant vegetation and respectful neighbors. Last, but not least - super profesional and welcoming management by Dimitra.

The only downside is that it’s hardly ever available. so don’t think twice and book straight away.

Really enjoyed my stay there. The apartment is modern, very clean, well equipped, and the location is great. Its a 7-8 min walk to the main shopping area. And the staff is very friendly.

Space, clean, decor, location . The kitchen was stocked with everything, the washing machine was so nice to have. Balconies perfect. Quite neighbourhood,. It's nice to have coffee and a market around the corner. The information booklet was extremely informative. And host was perfect. She followed up immediately after check in to ensure everything was fine. I wish we had more days to stay.
