check-in was seamless, and the room was spacious compared to London hotels. The best feature of the hotel is Starbucks.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The rooms were not clean, and there were blood stains on the beds. Although slippers were available for a fee, we received them for free due to the beds issue. There were no bottled waters, and when I asked the front desk, they said we could use tap water or pay for bottled water if we wanted it. The hotel's location is not ideal, and the staff were not friendly; I didn’t feel welcomed. Additionally, there was no doorman, even at night, which made me feel unsafe. The price was very high compared to the service and the quality of the rooms provided.

아침 식사가 나름 맛있었고, 숙소 앞에 바로 버스 정류장이 있어서 시내로 이동이 편했다.

직원들은 친절하지 않았다. 특히, 이른 아침 공항에 가기위해 택시 예약을 부탁했으나, 다른 사람이 우리에게 예약된 택시를 타고 가버리고 우리가 여러번 확인을 요청해도 기다리라는 말만 되풀이했다. 덕분에 우리는 예정보다 30분 이상 늦게 도착했고 겨우 비행기를 탈 수 있었다. 우리는 그 흔한 미안하다는 말조차도 아무에게서 듣지못했다.

Breakfast- good selection, very clean. Room - comfortable bed and pillows, large shower room. Location- outside Royal Mile, good bus service outside to main city. 5 to10 min walk to Haymarket station and bus routes.

Breakfast staff could be more friendly. Room could have been cleaner, stains on curtains and carpet. Only one head towel for two people should be one hand towel and two head towels. A couple of days was a strong smell coming from drainage in shower room.

I have visited this hotel numerous times it is a lovely hotel. Staff nice restaurant downstairs great.

Breakfast was not as good as usual and my room was not as clean as usual bin still had rubbish in bit disappointing as I a regular to this hotel and this first time standards not up to usual. Would go back hopefully be as good as before and this just a one off.

Very expensive for what it was. Left luggage (behind reception desk) doesn’t feel super secure. Felt like check in & check out times are deliberately aggressive so you pay a £20/30 upgrade to check in early. If the room is ready they should let you in especially as a Hilton member

Palvelu oli surkeaa ja välinpitämätöntä. Huone oli epäsiisti; nurkissa pölyä, lakanoissa muruja, yksi pyyhe puuttui ja hoitoaine oli loppunut. Sängyt olivat huonot. Aamiainen oli suppea, hedelmiä tai vihanneksia ei juurikaan ollut. Hintalaatusuhde ei ollut kohdallaan.

The breakfast was great. It had a range of options available and was being restocked regularly The room was clean and comfortable and staff are friendly and helpful.l

The noise travelled through rooms so you can hear noises from the people above and next to you.

I was offered on booking.com an option to check in earlier for £20 that I tried doing then was told I couldn't until on the day. I rang up multiple times and was advised I couldn't, and as we were due to see taylor swift had to get ready at Brewdog hotel which my friend stayed at (a much better quality hotel I must say - if you're looking in edinburgh I'd recommend them) There was a blinking light at the thermostat which didn't stop all night long, had a really poor quality sleep (4-5 hrs). Was the room worth nearly £500 due to price gouging due to a show being on at murrayfield? No. Location was approx 30 mins walk from the stadium

Colazione abbondante, staff alla reception molto cordiale (un ringraziamento in particolare a Shanina e Simona), posizione centralissima(col bus 23 e 25 abbiamo raggiunto praticamente tutti i punti di interesse). I letti erano separati, ma quello proabilmente è stato frutto di un mio errore nella prenotazione.

Prima di partire, la mia compagna ha fatto richiestra tramite e mail di cibo senza glutine e senza lattosio. Nonostante questo, sul buffet per lei c'era praticamente..il nulla. E' impensabile nel 2024 non inserire a colazione prodotti per chi abbia delle intolleranze! La pulizia delle stanze è molto , molto scarsa. Polvere ovunque, il letto non viene rifatto tutti i giorni, le asciugamani pulite sempre mancanti. L'episiodio più assurdo si è verificato il terzo giorno della nostra vacanza: io sul wc, la mia compagna nuda che si stava vestendo, sentiamo continui tentativi di aprire la porta. La mia compagna(che parla benissimo inglese) ha urlato di non entrare perchè eravamo dentro. Nonostante questo, la signora delle pulizie è entrata in cerca di "rubbish". Ci ha visto dentro, nudi, ma continuava a svuotare cestini. Mai capitato nella nostra vita!!!

Location was reflected in the price

I don’t like not being able to open a window especially when we had a lively balcony we could’ve sat on. Breakfast was awful overcooked bacon and sausages, no offer of eggs. Much better breakfast at budget hotels.

Despite a 3 stars, this hotel had all the comfort we need. The room is quite spacey. In particular we loved the several surfaces where to lay stuff and clothes. Table, tv table, 2 bed tables, spacey closet, a chair , a poef and a couch. Surfaces are really important to store belongings while on vacation. Special mention to the bathroom, we believe it was recently updated. The shower was amazing and big! The basin quite spacey. The hotel was clean and comfortable . There is no fridge in the room but that was not a problem for us. Only 10/12 minutes walking from city center, a convenient supermarket 3 minutes walking. Check in and check out was very fast.

Minus point is the breakfast: quite basic, not many options - we think is the worst breakfast we ever saw in an hotel in years !!! In particular, I disliked the eggs and the coffee. But hey, is inclusive in the room price.

Cleaning Breakfast

Locatie perfect, makkelijk te bereiken vanaf het vliegveld en vanuit hier ook zo in het centrum. Uigebreid ontbijt buffet en de mogelijkheid om je koffers achter te laten.

Ontbijtruimte was erg vol en hectisch en hierdoor niet heel schoon en moeilijk om met drie personen een plekje te vinden.

Fajna lokalizacja, blisko centrum. Sam Edynburg jest cudowny. Hotel położony w fajnym miejscu jako baza wypadkowa. Czysto. Śniadania bardzo smaczne. Znamy ten hotel z pobytu w Londynie - trzymają wysoki poziom.

Das Zimmer war zwar nicht allzu groß, aber schön eingerichtet. WLAN hat problemlos funktioniert. Frühstück war gut, aber nicht überragend. Dennoch alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist gut, max 15 Min zu Fuß zur Altstadt. Fast gegenüber ein großer Supermarkt. Mehrere Cafés in der Nähe. Parkplatz hinter dem Hotel, muss über die Rezeption reserviert werden. Das Gute ist dass man einen festen Platz bekommt.

Im Bad weder Steckdose noch Klobürste. Beim Duschen spritzt das Wasser auf den Boden. Die Tür zum Bad lässt sich nicht komplett schließen.

Hôtel a 15 min à pied du centre avec desserte de bus. Chambre un peu petite pour 3 mais confortable.

Isolation phonique a améliorer, notamment au niveau de la porte de la chambre (raie de lumière emportant entre la porte et le montant) ou prévoir une seconde porte entre le patio et la chambre.

Hotel dall'ottima posizione e ben collegato, con fermata dell'autobus proprio davanti la struttura. Colazione buona e variegata. Staff molto gentile.

Stanze un po' piccole (ma nella media di Edimburgo) e impolverate. Pochi asciugamani.
