Very nice hotel in Kaprun. Friendly staff, great room for our family with modern Austrian design. Great breakfast.

für eine Nacht recht teuer (EUR 177.-), wenn man nicht Wellnessangebote nutzt und kurzfristig nächtigt.

Kein Personal anwesend, man musste zu einem anderen Hotel laufen, für Schlüssel, Probleme etc. Geht in der Preisklasse überhaupt nicht.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer, was auch als Zusatzzimmer für eine Wohnung buchbar ist. Keine Schallschutztür und somit extrem laut in der Nacht.

location, romms were clean, modern, bathroom was big with bath and shower, free saunas and fitness, restaurant at ground floor, parking underground with privatw access, elevator, breakfast, in room free caffee, tea and soft drinks
tho room was cold in night, big windows mean a lot of cold air even when only on vent, could no set up the temperature right, matresses on bed were too soft for us, the information provided on tablet dont correspond with reality

المكان نظيف واهم شي بالفندق هو الحمام اجلكم الله مهتمين بالعرب والمسلمين من حيث وجود شطاف وهذا الشي اللي دفعنا على الاقامه به واعطاءه التقييم العالي مقارنه بالفنادق الاخري
الفرفة صغيره ولايوجد بالغرفه مناديل فقط بالحمام ولايوجد تكييف كان الجو حار واذا ممكن توفير قنواة تلفزيونيه عربيه

الموقع جيد في كابرون، تحت الفندق مطعم تركي وعربي لذيذ، الفندق نظيف وهادئ.

Breakfast was very extensive and freshly prepared. There was even a slow juicer available. The cooking methods for an egg were very extensive. Very nice room and the location was great. Near the centre and ski area.
At breakfast, the staff was not always friendly. No reception available. Room keys had to be picked up elsewhere. This in itself is not a problem, but you miss the convenience of a point of contact should anything be wrong.
