This apartment took our breath away once we saw the rooms and the view from the balcony. Rosaria was a very nice host, very helpful with the car parking and city spot advices. The rooms are well equipped, with AC and shaders to make 100% dark for sleep. The breakfast was beautiful and freshly prepared.

Amazing breakfast and view of the Basilica San Pietro. Hosts super helpful and bath a luxury.
It was in a heatwave, and there is air-con, but the rooms are at the top of the building and it is a heat trap. The noise of the street means you can't really leave the windows open to cool down at night.

Good view over town, great breakfast but only between 9 and 10, very old world decor which suited Modica.
Very difficult to find, lots of stairs to get there.

The fin de siècle interior has been exquisitely renovated with a fine attention to detail. You really feel special and privileged to be in this B&B. It has all you need. Breakfast is superb and served to your taste with plenty of choices. Everyone is very helpful and friendly, especially Eleanna (hope the spelling is ok) who made sure that everything was just right.

The location has a wonderful view of Modica and St Peter church. The apartment is very nicely furnished and decorated, and Rosaria and Eliana are wonderful hosts.
We loved everything, but just to mention if you have issues on walking, the apartment is reachable with 200 mt walk. But this is what gives Dimora Birulla its wonderful view

Rosaria is a genuine, caring host. Our stay couldn’t have been any better.

We were delighted to have Catarina’s company at breakfast every day. It made all the difference to our stay to have the benefit of local knowledge, but more than that, she became a friend.
I arrived by foot late at night and a detailed map would have been helpful as I only had say nav to help me.
