no supimos como prender la luz de la terraza, como comentario el abanico de techo hacia mucho ruido y tuvimos que apagarlo pero si hacia falta tenerlo prendido y habia muchos mosquitos los canales de tv muy basicos

Perfect location and good price. Nice friendly staff even with the language barrier were very helpful. Lost power due to a storm so room was upgraded which was very appreciated.

The power cuts were inconvenient which led to no use of the facilities such as flushing the toilet, use of the shower and air con not working during the night made it uncomfortable, however this was out of the hotel staffs control. However the noise of the security and people out front shouting and having very loud conversations all night kept us awake most of the night which we found inconsiderate as we don’t expect that when we have paid to stay somewhere, this really ruined our stay and could of been avoided.

Very good position, comfortable room, and staff was very kind and always available.

Wi-Fi to be fix in the Suites

The location is terrific! Walking distance to the beach and dining. The building architecture is modern yet exotic. The two suites with a deck are worth it. The rooms are kept very clean and there is a small fridge and a nice closet for use. Staff is friendly and helpful. They made a great effort to speak English where my Spanish lacked.

The showers were broken in both suites upon my arrival. However, they were repaired in 48 hours. The island has water issues which sometimes cause water to shut off to the hotel. However, it was brief and the hotel had it reconnected shortly. The streets are sand, so as people drive around in ATVs the dust gets in the air and all over the deck.

The location and the bed were great. The rooms design are fine.

My sister's TV didn't work, the rooms didn't have frigo, would be a good fit.
