A lovely apartment in a unique building. Easily accessible into the town centre with a variety of routes to use, and close to museums and the park.

La sauna funziona bene, la camera è piccola ma confortevole!

Location was great, bed was really comfortable, place was clean and felt modern. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, pots, pans etc - even with a microwave and stove.

The stairs were difficult to navigate, especially in the night. There wasn’t any basic complimentary tea/coffee sachets etc. Parking was difficult - the easy-to-access available parking filled up quick. The walls were paper thin, to the point we could hear our neighbour humming next door.

Modern kialakítású, nagy méretű lakás, minden szükséges felszereltséggel. Kényelmes ágy, kanapé. Csendes helyen fekszik, még ha közel is van hozzá egy bár, nem volt zavaró számunkra a zaj. A központ könnyen megközelíthető, de éppen elég távol fekszik a város nyüzsgésétől. A szálláshoz ingyenes parkoló is tartozik.

A tisztasággal volt némi probléma (haj és morzsa a padlón, por, pókháló a gerendákon, rágó a lépcsőn). Egy lapát és egy seprű hiányzik a lakáshoz, amivel a napi takarítást el tudnánk végezni ott tartózkodásunk alatt is.

Wohnen in einer Umgenutzten Fabrik (Nachhaltig, Einzigartig im Sinne von ReUse). Doppelstöckiges Zimmer und sehr geräumig. Ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht - inkl. Waschmaschine. Nur ca. 10 Min. vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Tivoli-Park ist auch ganz in der Nähe. Wäre auch für längere Aufenthalte alleine oder ggf. zu Zweit geeignet. Es stehen zudem kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung.

Die Location wirkt von aussen zum Teil ziemlich ungepflegt. Auch wenn das Zimmer nicht direkt davon betroffen ist, der Teppichboden im Gang war sehr schmuddelig und dreckig. Der Kühlschrank und auch die Tischoberflächen wurden nicht oder nicht gut gereinigt.

Mi è piaciuto molto lo stile dell'arredamento, moderno, pulito, funzionale e dall'impronta green. Materiali naturali e completo di tutto. Bello il contesto industriale di una ex fabbrica di tabacco, riconvertito in prospettiva green. Dista circa 10/15 minuti a piedi dal centro storico, è un percorso piacevole da fare, c'è poco traffico e lungo il percorso ci sono bar e locali carini. La vasca idromassaggio con cromoterapia in camera è una chicca! Camere silenziose.

Per arrivare le istruzioni non erano chiarissime, alla sera la portineria principale dello stabile è poco illuminata e non abbiamo visto subito l'ingresso. Se si percorre a piedi la sera i vicoli attraverso gli stabili dell'area industriale sono poco illuminati se non proprio bui. Non hanno fornito acqua in camera e materasso e cuscino non erano proprio comodissimi. Avremmo preferito piumone matrimoniale anzichè due singoli essendo un letto matrimoniale. Il costo di pulizia di fine soggiorno dovrebbe essere già incluso nel costo totale in preventivo

Spannende Unterkunft in einem ehemaligen Industriegebäude in guter zentraler Lage in Ljubljana. Unser Appartment war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich, das Bett bequem. Trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in Ljubljana. Achtung: Unser Appartment erstreckte sich über 2 Etagen (Gallerie), die Treppe ist als "Sambatreppe" ausgelegt und etwas anspruchsvoll.

Der junge Mann am Empfang wirkte etwas unmotiviert, war aber noch ok. Wir wurden ins Appartment geleitet und alles Wesentliche wurde uns erklärt. Die Ausschilderung innerhalb es Industrykomplexes könnte etwas deutlicher sein. Aber letztlich haben wir unser Ziel gut erreicht.

The apartment was nice and centrally located only ten minutes walk from the Ljubljana river. I wanted a less hotel, more authentic experience hence the reason for choosing to stay in this old tobacco factory. You will need to be a bit self-sufficient, so if you are looking for a full service hotel this would not be the place for you, but I fully enjoyed it.

It is not super easy to find upon arrival, so for the one less hardened, it might be easy to think you're not in the right place. However, following the instructions provided prior to arrival it's still pretty straight forward to locate the reception in the back courtyard. There's no catering included, but the staff is more than willing to provide pointers on good places to eat of which Ljubljana, in spite of its size, has plenty to offer.

Brand new split level flat with everything you need. Comfy beds, clean, quiet and trendy loft style apartment with a sauna! Perfect for our family of 4 for one night in Ljubljana, and walking distance to the city centre and Tivoli Gardens.

The stair lights to the mezzanine were on a PIR and kept going on and off through the night when any movement was detected (turning over in sofabed downstairs!), but the reception did say they would look into fixing this. Otherwise a lovely place to stay.

The address may take you behind the building, but it’s easy to navigate to where you need to be.

Appartement was very nice, good beeds, nice bathroom, Climate Control, and chaccuzi. Travelling to the City Center with e-scooter in about 5 mins.

Location ist not optimal. It is (as the Name says) an old factory building. That itself would bei okay. But there are Lots of companys (and a Strip-Clip, but that was no problem) around and the noise of the cooling Machines around is very anoying. You nearly cannot use the little terrace, because of the noise (room itself is quiet).

Simona was very helpful and friendly. It makes a big difference to us to have such good advice and such a pleasant person to meet.

Good location outside the old town but walkable. Cute compact apartment. There was free parking.

The parking is a little tight. Our mattress was comfortable but tilted to the center. Needs to be replaced

Cleaning was not up to the standard - dishes in the kitchen were quite poorly washed and the bathroom could have definitely been cleaner.
