Location and size of the property.
The fact in was an electronic check in. Bit hard to do when you have no details to do so, and it was not just me. Another guest had the same issue. It is exasperating that this still occurs, trying to save money. It adds to your stress and gets everything about your stay off on the wrong foot.

Very nice apartment in a good location

Clean and spacious.
A lot of construction going on. Only limited parking. Absolute pain using the app and keyless entry. No shower caps and the sugar sticks were hard and very clumpy.

Apartment was clean and functional, and an excellent location close to public transport, shops and restaurants.
I was unable to supply ID on line, found that site very difficult to navigate.
Vanessa was very helpful and sorted that out over the phone.

Great spacious apartment. A little difficult to find as Railway North walk is actually a walk and not a road that you drive down but once I figured that the car park was around the back it was pretty easy to get in using the JustIn App that they ask you to download. The apartment was very clean and modern with comfortable bed, couch, big TV, and washer/dryer. Hampton is a really nice little village to walk around with lots of coffee shops and restaurants and close to the beach.
The car park is a stacker, not suitable for some larger cars

The living room furniture
The toilet broke and we couldn't use the toilet for 2.5 hours and then we got a different apartment the second apartment didn't have a proper heater working the remote was out of batteries, so overall it ruined our trip. This wasn't worth $500.

The cleanliness and all the facilities inside. The building was very secure and quiet. Everything worked and made our holiday very comfortable.

Well located for what we needed to do in Melbourne and close to our daughter also. The unit was clean and pretty quiet, the fridge a good size. Good facilities making staying 10 days manageable. Amazingly quiet for being right next to railway station.
The balcony and lounge area stayed very dark most of the day, so needed lights on all the time if working indoors.

The parking was a big issue We came from the country and had to find a small car to drive as ours was too big not something we were informed of when I booked Only after enquiring about parking did I find out we couldn’t park our car Won’t stay again because of this

Great room, clean, bright and modern. Good size with everything we needed for an overnight stay.
Reception is off site, so any little drama is compounded by delays and uncertainty. My husband got stuck in the carpark for over an hour as the remote key was broken. No phone reception in that area, so had to wait until another tenant came into the carpark and let him out. There’s a lot of information to be read and understood about the booking as there is no reception and if you miss this it creates a lot of confusion.

The apartment was very clean and had a wonderful sea view. You could gaze at the water and the ships freely. Below, right by the house, there is a train station. You could look at the tracks and watch the people. That was good. However, the general noise coming from the train station could be heard in the apartment and that was annoying, especially in the mornings. The apartment was very well equipped, the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom had necessary cosmetics (soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner). The air conditioning is in the main room, bedrooms have no air conditioning. We were there at the end of February, it was OK, it wasn't too hot and we slept well. The apartment is right next to a street that has everything to offer: many restaurants, bakeries, shops.
Check-in was less nice. I leave my mobile phone from Europe in flight mode in Australia, otherwise the bill would be far too expensive. Unfortunately, you need a valid Australian number to check in, because you have to agree to the terms and conditions via SMS. Then you have to download an app and register there. Although I travel a lot, this is the first time I have experienced something like this. It was difficult, took a lot of time and a lot of messaging with the administration. With the app you then opened all the doors and called the elevator. I've never been so careful to keep my phone charged in my life. When you travel, you want everything to be as easy as possible. We were just sightseeing and had to constantly respond to messages and navigate through them. A few hours before check-in, we didn't even know if we could make it. The garage entrance takes some getting used to, we didn't make it the first time we tried it, fortunately the residents of the house were driving in and we were able to see how it's done. When driving out, we needed help from a resident, as our remote control would not bring down the elevator, maybe the batteries were too weak. Luckily there was someone in the garage who could help us.

we didn’t get our key, we waited for quite some time before calling. the staff were great when we called.

Big clock in main room.. helpful if it worked. Or the blinking light on oven.
No mop or vacuum..my elderly aunt spilled her drink there was nothing to mop up.
Exhaust fan kept stopping.

Location was great near the train station.
you can only check in with your phone. we had to buy a charge cable as we don’t live by our phone. also with no key my husband and I couldn’t do seperate events.

The car stacker didnt work properly ans we had to park nearby to the apartments The app I had to put on my phone would NOT open the door to our apartment. Even people who were staying on a long term basis could NOT open the door. Not good enough

Lack of privacy (had to keep blinds closed in some rooms to avoid being overlooked - would be more of an issue for a long stay.
