Manager Attitude to Guests was not good. Air conditioner was not working properly all thruout 10 nights stay

I like everything, especially the great support from the receptionist, guards, always happy, smile, and supportive.

The price I booked differed the price receptionist showed me when I first checked in. It was a system mismatch, as receptionist said, it took a while for the hotel to re-check and make it correct.

The rooms was clean comfortable enough

The pool was Close, due to some event, as we are the guest not able to use the pool, don think is fair For the hotel to do This, should have another to pool For guest to use

Overall room condition and housekeeping is very good, room was always clean as expected.

Very disappointed with the room provided. Despite booking for a king room, I was given a twin sharing room instead. The reception didn't even take the effort to inform me during check-in. I eventually went down to the reception to request for a room change but I was told that there were no more King rooms available as the hotel is experiencing 100% occupancy. I made the booking on 15th Feb when there were still many rooms available and confirmation of the booking was received on the same day, so informing me that the king room which I've booked is not available doesn't make sense to me. Apart from the above, the reception staff were also not friendly and always looking unhappy. When I came down to asked for room change, the way they replied was very aggressive and non-apologetic. I understand that they could be tired or busy since the hotel is fully booked but the last thing, they could do is to have some empathy when handling customers. I have to give credit where its due, so I've got to comment that all the other staff that I've bumped into and interacted with was very friendly and polite. The only negative experience is when dealing with the staff from the reception.
