Fantastic. Location right on the marina
Safe could walk around anywhere on the waterfront without fear, especially after Johannesburg.

Fantastic location right on the Marina, a short walk (about 1km) to the V&A Waterfront. Spacious rooms, modern amenities, safe parking. Home away from home! Will definitely stay here again.
In all aspects it felt like a hotel apartment which I would have given a 5 star review for, but it was over a weekend and we missed a cleaning service over the weekend.

Superb location.
Right on the waterfront. Lovely walk to the waterfront restaurants and shopping center.
Very safe, very secure. Excellent quality and very accommodating and friendly staff. Security team at the gate very switched on and flexible.
It could have been slightly cheaper.

Overall. The shower is good, the view is fantastic, very clean and comfortable staying. The apartment prepares electricity equipment for emergency which is very considerate
N/A for the Apartment, but the guide who took us to Apartment not that good, he charged us ZAR470 from Cape Town airport to the Apartment, it is 3 times of Uber (Uber only costs ZAR170).

Location was fantastic. The security was excellent. The host was easy to communicate with. I appreciate his allowing us an early check in.
Couple of issues which the host did redress , were not expected at a premium property.It was obvious no checks had been made before we arrived at the property.
- washing machine and dryer were not working
- microwave had instructions in German
- dishwasher had smell of mould
- shower door in one bathroom didn't shut properly
It was disappointing as we had friends staying in a similar property at the same place, they had paid half of what we had and everything was in top notch condition. Definitely felt cheated.

Great location, gorgeous view from the apartment. In the morning you will be woken up by seagulls (for some people this may be a minus). There is everything you need for a comfortable stay: tea, coffee, milk, tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine, mouthwash and other small things.
Very beautiful area. A 10-minute walk from the VA waterfront, gated community, safe 24/7. Gym, several swimming pools available on site.
Assistance at check-in: according to the Marina Residential Estate agent meets you at the gate, helps to check-in and accompanies you to the apartments. Always in touch during your stay.
There were mosquitoes, I assume it was because of the proximity to the water (canal). There was a repellent in the apartment, but the mosquito was persistent

Great Location perfect view for me. Really enjoyed the stay. Large apartment. I needed the space - put in some work on the spacious balcony with a good view.
I kept getting lost accessing the building from the underground parking. Perhaps I could have clarified that better- It was good to have a dedicated parking spot underground though.

Think not safe to have naked flame but torch or led light working off small batteries better idea.
