Spacious clean room. AC, kettle, fridge and TV. Nice hosts who rented us a scooter. There is a clean communal kitchen. It’s not noisy. Not close to the beaches but you can quickly go by scooter and you avoid Phuket traffic, and it’s closer to Phang Nga Bay than the south of Phuket. Several places to eat nearby.

Apartment serviced every other day, reception staff so friendly and helpful. I asked and was given a contract for lease accommodation in order to apply to immigration office for Bangkok bank account, required for my retirement visa application. Obtained Thai driving licence too and got a 30 day visa extension too, this was all done during Sandbox restrictions. Kook and her team even helped with me practicing my Thai. There is a family run restaurant 50m away and also a Thai barbecue restaurant on the doorstep too, all so cheap and good quality. If your looking for a central location to explore all of Phuket I would recommend but you need a scooter to get around Bht 200 per day. There is a community kitchen if you want to cook yourself too.

It's a clean and ok room.

Too hot on the small balcony because of the AC. Chech-in lady. First, she wanted to add 3% (I know that some hotels charge 3% and do not mind or pay in cash, IF there is a warning BEFORE booking, but here there was no warning), then she called her boss and he agreed to waive it. Second, I asked a room on a higher floor, and she gave on the 2nd. While a bit later it turned out there were several rooms on each floor available. Cockroach in a room.
