La ubicación era muy buena, a su vez cuenta con restaurantes abajo los cuales están siempre a disposición, es un ambiente agradable

No tuvimos cambio de toallas ni de sábanas.

Pesimo trato. CAROLINA la administradora es sumamente irrespetuosa, poco resolutiva y mal pre dispuesta. El loft estaba sucio (había hasta uñas cortadas en el piso), las instalaciones viejas, sin mantenimiento. La pava electrica no funciona, la tv menos. Extremadamente ruiodoso a altas horas de la noche. Las imagenes de los lofts no se condicen para nada con la realidad, además de que no avisaron que el ascensor no está en funcionamiento y que no hay aire acondicionado, siendo que ambas cosas figuran en la descripción. Muy mala experiencia. Es economico, pero no vale la pena.

Si vous aimez les DJ, vous êtes à la bonne adresse ;-) ... vous aurez l'impression qu'il est dans votre chambre. Il est en fait à l'étage du dessous, le week-end en tout cas, et vous entendrez tout, c'est très bruyant. Un désodorisant d'ambiance automatique viendra couvrir les odeurs d'égout qui sortent de la salle de bain. Paiement seulement cash, pas possible autrement, en début 2024 c'est vraiment compliqué de voyager en Argentine

WiFi could be a bit better (because the modem shared with and placed in other room). With a mobile phone the connection got lost often. But with a laptop it was fine.

Cozy, quite central, everything you need

Shabby chic style, but more shabby than chic. The basin in the kitchen is stained.

Large comfortable bed, although the sheets were to small.

We were seduced by the publicity pictures of large rooms with plenty of natural light but the reality was that our room was far from what we expected. The windows opened out onto a communal walk way so that anybody could look in. This was a security issue if we wanted any ventilation. There was no direct natural light so it was always dark inside. The room was located over the wood fired grill of the restaurant below, so it was really hot and stuffy, and there was the smell of cooked meat all the time. Then there was the loud music from the restaurant until late into the night. Kitchen equipment was poor and dirty. Shower in the bathroom flooded the floor Wifi dreadful, weak or unavailable during whole of stay. We complained to the manager and asked for a refund for our second night, she did nothing and said she was too busy to see us personally to discuss our bad experience. Staying here was the big mistake of an otherwise great holiday. The management, who surely knew about all these problems, was very unprofessional and did not seem to care, although she may try to give a different impression in her response to these comments.

The location and the beds were very comfortable!

One of the bathrooms did not vent well and it was a bit smelly!
