no opportunity for breakfast. I had to catch an early train and no breakfast possibilities were offered

unpleasant odour in first room offered. Wi-fi did not work and electric main light flickering while bedside lamp did not work at all. I had to wait some considerable time outside in the rain before anyone came to let me into the property.

Location, helpful staff, breakfast. Víctor is so kind and helpful hostess.

Booking.com you lot have some nerve advertising places & not telling the truth -I am not booking with you lot anymore & want my money refunded ASAP -we booking this place with you looking for a room with balcony & we got a dump of a room in the back of the building with nothing only rubbish to be seen -we first arrived here & the place was locked up /we then phoned the place & the lady who spoke to us had NO English & NO clue what we were trying to say /after at least 30 minutes trying to talk to somebody the lady appeared outside on the street & handed us our key -Nothing was checked /No passports & No green cards ( this is illegal ) there was no reception Nobody to ask anything / we managed to ask using our phones about our breakfast & she pointed to where we could go for it,, there was no security /nothing -we got a dreadful room /pillows were not clean /the shower filled up & then dirt would come back up as the water /this was disgusting /the plug sockets are ancient & will not work with modern fittings etc: /there are no fire exits instruction in your room which is also illegal / breakfast well I’m not even going to mention it … so booking.com stop telling lies about places & refund me now as I will be taking this further :it’s not acceptable what we paid for & not acceptable that you lot thing you can get away with it /I intend cancelling any booking for 2022 with you lot as you cannot be trusted

If you are looking for a room for the night, this is it. The location is great to go walk around Loreto. My room had a little balcony, so that was nice. Also, decent breakfast included.

Unfortunately, the bathroom floods when you take a shower. Room was small but it was what I needed for the night.

My Japanese Chin puppy was permitted. Otherwise, nothing. Weird decore, which is why they primarily show convent exterior in pics. Big mistake thinking it would be comparable to the gorgeous country inn I'd just left, (at same price) or the lovely converted convent in Roma. A sad situation overall. Breakfast in a grim basement; it consisted of prepackaged (long shelf life) supermkt cakes that I wouldn't touch. No healthy foods, whole grain etc. At least there were yogurt cups in adjacent fridge. Coffee was passable. Staff is nervous, tries hard but obviously only knows this level of lodging... which made situation even sadder.

Overall grim atmosphere. Hard mattress. Fluorescent yellow walls in corridors. *Mold in bathroom drain* (cleaning staff cleans, but doesn't address mold in drains -- sink, shower, so stinky I turned fan directly into bathroom on "high"...) I was late in booking a place in Sirolo, so i considered it a cheap place to sleep and short drive to beach.

Great location, parking a minute away, very central. Room was very clean and kept so during my whole staying. Above all, the staff was amazing: i arrived very late and the lady was so accomodating that waited patiently for me way longer than the check-in time allowed. THANKS again!! The breakfast was very good as well...the place itself is very peaceful. If you go in summer, ask if you'll have AC..my single room had only the fan and I couldn't sleep very well at night, but thats Me,very subjective, nothing wrong with the room!
