El apartamento está genial La ubicación es inmejorable Todo lo necesario para estar cómodo. Me gustó que la ropa de cama fuera de algodón

El acceso al apartamento tiene unas escaleras estrechas y con muebles. Me dieron el segundo piso, pedí un cambio por mis problemas de movilidad y no me dieron solución. Deberían advertir que NO ES APTO PARA PERSONAS CON MOVILIDAD REDUCIDA.

Very clean and great location with everything we needed

Lovely setting and a cool, bright, comfortable apartment overlooking Plaza de los Naranjas.

The noise from neighbours kept us awake most of the night during the last 2 nights. The host tried to contact the guests (having extremely loud drunken sex) on the last night but the guests continued nonetheless. I did not want to hear that and definitely did not want my daughter to hear that.

Location was amazing. It was our 30th wedding anniversary and we were greeted with balloons and Prosecco. So Lovely!

Everything was great

It was a great stay at the MarbellaTown apartments. We stayed in apartment number 3 with two balconies overlooking the most amazing Plaza de los Naranjos. The apartment was clean, spacious enough for 3 adults and had everything we needed including a very efficient and quiet air conditioner. The apartment was perfect for us. However, I wouldn’t recommend this particular apartment for people who go to bed early or are light sleepers. The night life at the plaza goes on way pass midnight and it can get loud even with the windows closed.

The property is well located, in the old town part of Marbella.

Firstly, it needs a new paint job on the walls of the rooms as there were scratches and stains on the walls, especially in the bedroom. Secondly, the shower tap is worn off and needs to be replaced with a new one. During our stay the tap fell off and the host kindly offered to repair it quickly, but this kind of things shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Last but not least, I would rate cleaning in the apartment badly, because there were ants crawling in the living room since the beginning of our stay.

Entrance a little dreary or not inviting and staff from corner restaurant outside smoking. Also not much sound proofing as noise from other residents early in the morning was quite noticeable.

location - as it is exactly in the center there was a lot of noise. can’t sleep with the window open. if the windows are closed however all’s good; very few toiletries

The apartment is well equipped and laid out. fantastic location near to the Plaza de los Naranjos on the old town.

the walls between apartments is very thin one evening we were up to after 1am due to a guest in the next apartment just talking on the phone

The best thing about this place is the location- its exceptional. The view down onto plaza Los naranjos is fantastic. The facilities are basic but it has everything you need. The hosts were friendly and communication leading up to and during our stay was great. Very friendly and responsive. We'll be back- thank you.

the location is exceptional. lovely to be able to look out over the Orange Square and to smell the orange blossom. good space for 2 people, with a small kitchen coming in very handy. Lotte was very helpful, providing some really good recommendations.

the sound proofing is not great between the apartments. Also beware of street cleaning taking place very early morning.

The hallways could have a sensor light as it was extremely dark when using the stairs and hard to find the light switch could be dangerous.

The apartment didn't have a watching machine. The nearest laundry facility is 25 min walk away. Loction is in a pedestrian area only, no car allowed, so you have to pull your luggage 12 min walk at least. Think twice if you are carrying heavy luggage.

Great location, lovely hosts, apartment quite basis’ could do with more storage ie, draws.

Bathroom sink slow to drain away, hooks for clothes in bathroom would have been a good idea. Toilet cleaner to help keep bathroom fresh. Mirror in bedroom in wrong place, sturdy drawers required for clothes.

Everything was absolutely perfect...a fabulous gem of an apartment. The only problem was not getting a good night's sleep on the beautiful comfy bed.

The only downside was noise...needs insulating. Noise from party in restaurant across from apartment, and even people just talking in neighbouring apartment reverberated through the bedroom and woke us. A real shame as it is perfect otherwise.
