L’appartement est très bien équipé. Vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin. L’emplacement est très agréable.

La literie n’est pas très confortable, un peu molle (mais c’est aussi une affaire de goûts). Il faut tout payer en liquide dont une grosse caution. Pour une personne seule à l’étranger, je n’ai pas l’habitude de me promener avec des sommes si importantes en cash, et la propriétaire n’a montré aucune flexibilité sur le moment du paiement. Aucune confiance envers ses hôtes, contrairement à mes autres expériences (même quartier, même type de logement). Il y a eu de gros problèmes d’électricité pendant 24h (pas d’électricité, pas de wifi). Ce n’était certes pas forcément la faute de la propriétaire mais j’attendais un geste commercial qui n’est jamais venu. Une pression pour mettre une excellente note sur booking alors que l’expérience n’est pas à la hauteur: « mettez une note parfaite ou ne mettez aucune note »

Great location in Ipanema. 2 blocks to a very nice section of the beach where there are multiple places to rent beach chairs and umbrellas. The apartment was extremely clean and well appointed. The bedroom was great for two people and the overall layout of the apartment was excellent. There are smart TVs with Netflix, YouTube and cable in both the bedroom and the living room. The wifi was very good. There is a large couch, dining room table with 4 chairs, a desk to work from, good lighting throughout. Very comfortable. There are 2 split aircon units, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. Also, two ceiling fans. Plenty of outlets. There is a good sized full kitchen with small table, big refrigerator, water purifier, coffee maker, etc. The bathroom was nice, with large shower with plenty of hot water and pressure. There is a clothes washing machine and a drying rack, 2 beach chairs, beach umbrella. Marcella even supplied snacks, soda and cold water in the refrigerator. Marcella seems to have thought of just about everything to provide an enjoyable stay. The 24 hour doormen were very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our bags in a storage area before check-in time. Marcella and her son Bruno are very friendly and made us feel right at home. We felt totally safe in the apartment.

The payment for the apartment and the required security deposit was in cash. There is a bank on the block so no problem getting cash. The windows face the wall of a building next door so there isn't much of a view or direct sunlight. We didn't spend much time during the day in the apartment so not a big deal.

Marcella and Bruno are perfect hosts! They welcomed me so nicely. The location of the appartment is ideal in Ipenama, very close from the beach, shops and restaurants. The house was very clean and carefully decorated.

Location, location, location! This place is awesome!! Not only it is located in a safe neighborhood, but also it is close to key points of the city. Close to the beach, the lagoon, quick ride to Christ the Redeemer, Sugar Loaf, Copacabana, great mall and delicious restaurants walking distance! Also, the apartment looks exactly like the pictures. Clean, beautiful furniture, and well organized. Finally, the hosts are fantastic people! When I come back to Rio, I'll definitely stay there again.

The apartment was perfect and safe with a 24 hour doorman. Equipped with A/C, snacks, coffee, water and super clean and comfortable. Located in the heart of Ipanema surrounded by shops, restaurants and two blocks from the beach. I highly recommend Marcella's apartment and will book this place again in the future!

A true gem in the heart of Ipanema/Leblon. Beautifully appointed flat, clean, well equipped and with great owners Marcella and Bruno. Highly recommended!

Marcela and Bruno welcomed us so warmly. The location couldn’t have been better...a couple of blocks from the Ipanema beach and on a very popular street with lots of shops and grocery stores etc. Easy walk to Leblon. Lots of great restaurant in the neighborhood. The building has a 24h doorman so we felt very safe always. The apartment was super clean and had more than we asked for as we were mostly out but it has TVs, ACs and Internet and everything worked very well. We will definitely book again! Obrigada!

Marcella is the most lovely host. We were welcomed in a very warm manner and felt like home immediately. The Flat itself has everything you wish for, is super cozy and clean, plus the location in the heart of Ipanema is perfect for exploring the city or just going to the beach. Highly recommend!

The home is really well run, located on the high street in Ipanema close to the beach, It has all the bells and whistles you could need in the lounge room, bathroom, bedroom and kitchen. They really care about making sure you have the best possible stay!

Great apartment. Everything is as in the photographs and even better. Perfect order and cleanliness. The design is stylish and practical. All possible and impossible equipment, including beach chairs. The hosts, Marcela and Bruno, are extremely kind and friendly. The location is perfect. One of the safest areas in Rio.

The place is super well located. It’s only 2 blocks from the Ipanema beach on a street that is full of shops of any kind and with proximity of restaurants. The building has 24 hours reception and it’s really safe. The appartment is very well equipped, has everything that you need including the chairs for the beach. And the owner is a very nice person, waited for us in the appartment and welcomed us with a bolo de chocolate😉

Very nice place with very friendly host. The appartment is equipped with everything that is necessary for a pleasant stay. They spent some time to give it a chick look. Around the appartment are a lot of shops, cafes and everything else you need. Ipanema beach is just two blocks away.

Just a great apartment. one of the best that I have booked, and I have booked a lot, in 33 countries. Just a chic repair, good bed, equipped kitchen. Marcella and her son Bruno were wonderful hosts. Met, all showed. It is a pity that we had to check out earlier, but this is due to a change in our flight. The house also has a beach umbrella and beach chairs, which you can take with you to the beach and save on this. Near the house there is a grocery store. Safe place to stay. Marcella, thank you for the opportunity to live in great apartments!
