Le chaleureux accueil du personnel, le petit déjeuner bon et copieux, l'emplacement central, le café offert toute la journée.

Had a small breakfast with the owner because I had plans to see Quilotoa. The next morning I was in a rush to get back to Guaranda. However the small time I spent with the host and her family was very pleasent. Very accomodating and thoughtful. It has been sometime since I jad a break from work and needed time away. Hotel Central provided a calm place to rest that was quiet, acommodating, and comfortable in a convenient location in Latacunga.
Limited access to power outlets in my room. Located in awkward places. Not the owners fault. Just the set up of the room.

Great location in the centre of town, ten minute walk from the bus terminal, large rooms, some with a nice view over the park, run by a very welcoming family who make a delicious breakfast.

Old but gold. Spacious and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Locked storage for backpacks. Great value.

Best without doubt was the service. All staff was very friendly and helpful. Viola the host is such a nice and welcoming person. Apart from that, the room size was great, very comfortable; location is good as it is in front of main plaza; breakfast (additional) was huge and delicious; loved that they offer you complimentary coffee; room was very clean; and last but not least the value for money is excellent. Very recommended for your stat at Latacunga!

Really comfy bed, all the staff we met were very nice. luggage storage was brilliant as from here we did the Quilota loop. Short walk to the bus station too

Great location right on the central town square. If you're a light sleeper, ask for a room facing away from it. But it gets quiet by about 10 PM anyway.

Stunning views, do ask for a room over looking the square. Lovely hosts that make you feel most welcome and take time to get you to improve your Spanish. Bag storage available.

Very friendly and welcoming hosts in a family run hostel. We enjoyed the breakfast very much and our host made sure we had enough to eat.
They had a secure place for us to leave our bags whilst we went on the quilotoa loop.

Good location in the center, close to a few nice, small restaurants. The people working here are absolutely lovely! Left a few of our bags when we left for the quilotoa loop without any charges.

The breakfast, while not included in the room rate, is very good and worthwhile for the food and the company.
The bed is comfortable. Our room faced the beautiful square and we awoke to birds and a little early morning traffic.
The shower was ice cold the last day, and took a while to warm the first morning. Apparently the water tank runs on propane, and if you have cold water, notify the host to turn on.

Great location, exceptionally clean and the room was huge with a lovely view of the square. Great base for the Quilotoa Loop Trek and they even stored our larger luggage until we returned. Staff were also fantastic.

The location was excellent. a five minute taxi ride to the central bus station. Also, we are doing the Quilotoa loop and we were able t store our bags for free until we returned back to Latacunga.
It could have been cleaner.
