Perfect location, right at the heart of the Christmas market. Beds were quite comfortable, and staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had 4 people, but the hot water in the shower only lasted for 2-3 showers. We will keep that in mind for our next stay, and have some of us shower at night instead of all in the morning.

The property location was great

How I wasn’t aware of different room options. They gave us a room and we unpacked even laid in beds, someone showered even and then they came back saying they put us in the wrong room . We offered more money not to move as my mother wasn’t feeling good. They made us move. We had to repack and then the room they put us in was smaller. The walls had holes and in my booking I wish it gave us options the first room is what we wanted we were happy to lay it was frustrating and honestly thier mistake and yet forced to pack for a smaller, smelled of mold too. My mom was so sick we left after first night and we lost our second nights money on top of all that. Just not very friendly and they shouldn’t have moved us . I had no way to see if it was a scam. Very disappointed in how we were treated.

Beautifull residence in the Centre of Strasbourg. Very helpfull staff, clean and comfortabel room for our family..Easy access and posibikity to rent parking space just in front of hotel in garage. No need to use the car during stay in Strasbourg.

Unfortunatly the waether was not great, but can not blame the residence for that 😉

Great stay

The location is perfect, and the staff is very cooperative and helpful. That's all.

Small apartment, rooms connected without doors. There is only one bathroom, not a comfortable sofa. No breakfast available. Very complicated parking process without an elevator between parking and a hotel. Not for families.

Bed was comfy and large. Excellent location and staff. Fast communication. Cool building.

Poor shower and the bathroom drains smelt bad. We needed to keep our bathroom door shut throughout to avoid the bedroom smelling bad. We didn't personally like the bears being on our balcony, but passersby seemed to enjoy them. If the price was cheaper we would have been much more satisfied.

The host was amazing and really made us feel welcome upon arrival and througout our stay there. The place was truly a pleasure to stay in and i would highly recommend a visit. It is worth spending the little extra that it costs to stay here because of all the great value that you recieve in service and elegance of the surroundings.It really is in my opinion worth it for what you get.

Location is great in the center of Straßburg.

No reception - all communication has to be done via Booking.com App/ WhatsApp etc. In our case this was a problem. No parking spots - public parking lots have to be used and payed full price despite what is claimed on their booking.com page. Rooms are very poorly soundproof - the buildings are old and when somebody walks on the level above you, you will hear it. One of the building doesn't have an elevator despite what is claimed on the booking.com page. if you have need it that is something to consider. There is no direct connection from the public parking spaces to the hotel.

Traveled for the Christmas market and the location was just steps away from the market with the Christmas tree. The staff were communicative prior to the trip and very helpful both prior to and at our arrival with parking. Good-sized kitchen with our two bedroom and the mattress and pillows were actually comfortable! ( I've reached the age where that is important.) Would happily stay here again and definitely recommend.

the loft doesn’t have an elevator to the top floor so 1 floor you have to carry bags.

Unbeatable location in the heart of Strasbourg - easy to get to and with everything you could want or need nearby. Spacious room with kitchenette and lovely views over the main historic town square. Lovely, helpful and kind hosts and a lift for luggage (or to save your legs).
