Easy to find and pub with catering attached was great.

The room layout for twin beds didn’t work as one bed was directly under a wall lamp which resulted in banged head on a number of occasions. Had to ask for extra towels as only one bath towel was provided. The most disappointing factor was then bar closed at 10 and for a group of travelling friends on a Saturday night was hugely disappointing with no other local options available. This was not clear on booking as I would have not chosen this location for the whole party if I’d known.

Dangerously loose broken wonky toilet seat, reported immediately but wasnt repaired or replaced. Surprised and disgusted this was not reported by cleaning staff prior to guests arriving. Out of date milk pods. Scuffed walls and torn wallpaper. Coffee facilities in restaurant were very poor for 4 star hotel. Only instant coffee sachets and luke warm water available. Video available of broken toilet seat.

The dust in the room was ridiculous and also looked like the bed sheets are needing updated with rips at the edges of bedding

The fact upon arrival it was 2150 and we were not allowed to purchase a drink even though we’d travelled so far . No special entertainment or anything for New Years Eve

Shower curtain had a make up stains on it carpet had curry spilt on the floor spoke to duty manager she didn't do nothing about the curry stains on the carpet she only said we can only call a professional if there is more jobs in the hotel to clean not just the one room .... so why was the room sold to me when it should have been closed for cleaning I'm really not happy about that

-The bar and restaurant closed extremely early. - There was no shampoo/ shower gel in the bathroom - Extremely overpriced for the facilities that were available. - The breakfast window was only very small due to a dog event.

Amazing stay as always- beds a so comfortable didn’t want to check out lol. great value for money, and the staff are so friendly and helpful.

slight minor issue is the fact that the room was very cold during the night that was even with the heating on but it didn’t effect my stay tbh
