Angekommen sind wir an einem Freitag (Frauentag in Berlin) gegen 14 Uhr. Bei der vorherigen Abklärung ob man schon vor der eigentlichen Check-In Zeit ins Zimmer kann wurde uns entgegen gekommen. Mit 3 Kleinkindern defintiv ein dickes Plus an dieser Stelle. Check-In verlief unproblematisch und schnell. Mitarbeiterinnen am Empfang sprechen sehr gut Deutsch und sind für einen Spaß zu haben :). Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer für 2 Familien reserviert. Wir waren überrascht wie neu alles noch schien. die Ferienwohnung ist super geräumig, verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile (Ofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspüler usw.). Das Bad war auch sehr gut. Hier hat vor allem den Kids die große Dusche gefallen. Im Bad ist eine Waschmaschine vorhanden, perfekt für einen längeren Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Zum Strand haben wir fußläufig ca. 10 Minuten benötigt (wir hatten aber auch 3 Kleinkinder dabei, die erkunden viel mehr und benötigen daher etwas länger für einen eigentlich kurzen Weg!). Einziges Manko!!!! Wir wollten am 2. Tag mal saugen da sich doch ein bisschen Sand in der Wohnung angehäuft hatte, leider fehlte zum Staubsauger das passende Saugrohr. Aber wir hatten ja noch den guten alten Besen und im Endeffekt tat er seine Arbeit genauso gut. Nach 2 Nächten in der Unterkunft können wir mit Gewissheit sagen das wir wieder kommen werden.

Zum Staubsauger fehlte das passende Saugrohr.

Breakfast was nice and delivered to the door. The appartment was nice and big.

We are vegetarians and asked if we could get vegetarian breakfast and they said yes but we only got vegetarian 1 out of 3 mornings.

We travelled as a family with a small child and the place was amazing for a weekend gateway for our family. The apartment was big and comfortable with amazing big terrace. Everything needed for the comfortable stay was privided in the apartment.The pool facilities were clean, nice and warm. We enjoyed our stay:)

The mattress was a bit too soft in my opinion..

absolutely amazing and underestimated destination for families. the beach is amazing ! the location is wonderful . we will come back for sure .

it can get very warm on the top floor during hot days . the lady in the reception was so kind to get us a fan that could help cool down a bit

The staff are friendly. The restaurant is very delicious. Beautiful pool and sauna.

Room Hygiene and cleaning is bad

The apartment was nice with everything we needed. The facilities were just perfect and cleaned. A family friend place

All the information was in Polish or German. There was no information in English at all. Bed could be a bit more confy. Giant pillows.

Bed was very comfortable - pool area was excellent - gym was well equipped - location was a bit far from Kolobrzeg itself but that is a plus for us.

Only issue with the pool was that the chlorine levels were very high, but it is understandable in the current times and a pool area that is focused on families.

Spacious apartment, well equipped and comfortable for a longer stay. Swimming pool very nice, warm water and appropriate for a decent swimming. Great location. Overall, really nice stay, especially for families with children.

Not sound proofed, we could hear all kind of noises, babies crying, people going out/in from the elevator and outside the apartments. Curtains were very thin, morning light woke us up. Internet was very slow, sometimes impossible to use.

Deluxe appartment; Jaccuzzy, the pool was nice and warm. Great location

We took deluxe appartment which was great, then we wanted to extend our stay. Deluxe was not available so we took standard appartment . Which was ok but very small. The sofa bed was very basic, very small kitchen, no microwave, basic utensils. The parking system needs alot of improvement,l. Apparantly the parking spaces are numbered but you need magnifying glasses to see these numbers especially as we arrived in the night, we were attached by a mad woman in the morning who was one of the owners of the appartments because we parked at her parking space she said. She was so aggressive and intimidating and really ruined our experience, despite appologising and trying to explain ourself. She demanded we pay her for that which we did but she was still following us to reception on our checking out and as we were leaving the compound. Her behaviour was really extraordinary and unpleasant

Location, security, swimming pool

Excellent location and close to beach. The property has a very nice swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. The staff at the swimming pool is a bit rude but the facility was great. The apartment is like a resort where you can relax with family. The restaurant is also good and there is a bike rental service on the premise. Overall great time for family.

The reception staff doesn't speak English at all. Getting my allotted parking space was very difficult because someone else had occupied it and took almost 2 days to get my correct parking place. I kept asking for a crib for the baby but never got one. The facilities in the apartment in general are nice but it would be good to have a toaster in the kitchen and also basic toiletries (shower gel/shampoo) in the bathroom. The property never responds via booking.com messages or emails. You have to always only call them but if you don't speak Polish or Deutsch, its a problem !

It was regular clean and the stuff was very polite

The gym was too small and there were even children who trained inside the gym?! And the pool was not as big as on the picture. This was the biggest disappointment

Amazing place, nice, new, nicely decorated apartments. All in there, you do not need to worry about anything. Indoor pool is great for weaker weather, especially when with kids. Gym is a plus and bikes, too. Highly recommend.

There is one lifeguard at the swimming pool, who might be a bit nicer to the guests, rather than making comments, which are not in line with pool regulations at all.

It was very clean and really did meet our expectations, ladies at the reception were absolutely lovely, we were welcomed very nice. The beach is really close to the apartment which is a huge plus but the Molo were all the attractions are is about 3km away it’s a nice walk. Definitely would come and stay again !
